Abstract

THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A THERMAL ABSORBER (1) COMPRISING A WATER CONDUIT (10) FOR DIRECTING FLOW OF WATER, AND A REFRIGERANT CONDUIT (20) FOR DIRECTING FLOW OF REFRIGERANT, EACH CONDUIT (10, 20) BEING CHARACTERIZED BY: A PAIR OF CONCENTRIC CIRCULAR PASSAGES (11, 21) PROVIDED WITH A CENTRAL INLET (15, 25); A PERIPHERAL PASSAGE (12, 22) SURROUNDING THE PAIR OF CONCENTRIC CIRCULAR PASSAGE (11, 21), AND PROVIDED WITH A PAIR OF OUTLETS (13, 23); A PLURALITY OF RADIAL DUCTS (14, 24) CONNECTING THE PAIR OF CONCENTRIC CIRCULAR PASSAGES (11, 21) TO THE PERIPHERAL PASSAGE (12, 22); WHEREIN THE WATER CONDUIT (10) IS COUPLED TO THE REFRIGERANT CONDUIT (20). THE THERMAL ABSORBER (1) COMPRISING HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS, IS COUPLED TO A SOLAR PANEL TO ABSORB HEAT FROM THE SOLAR PANEL, AND CIRCULATES HEATED HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS THROUGH A HEAT PUMP SYSTEM (100), WHEREIN THE HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS COMPRISING WATER AND REFRIGERANT. A METHOD OF CIRCULATING THE HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS THROUGH THE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM (100) IS DISCLOSED IN THE PRESENT INVENTION. DRAWING ACCOMPANYING ABSTRACT: FIG. 1
