Abstract
An electric storage water heater (100) for heating a first working fluid comprising a tank (110) for storing a second working fluid, a first jacket pipe (120a) connecting to the tank (110), a heating unit (130) for heating a third working fluid, a second jacket pipe (120b) connecting between the first jacket pipe (120a) and the heating unit (130) and a driving apparatus (140) is provided. The third working fluid may flow between the heating unit (130) and the second jacket pipe (120b). The driving apparatus (140) is capable of driving the second working fluid stored in the tank (110) sequentially flowing through the second jacket pipe (120b) to perform heat exchange with the third working fluid, flowing through the first jacket pipe (120a) to perform heat exchange with the first working fluid and then flowing back to the tank (110).
