A SHUTTER DEVICE (20) INCLUDES A RIB PROVIDED ON AN INNER WALL (7A) OF A VENTILATION DUCT (7), AND A SHUTTER PLATE (8) BEING IN CONTACT WITH THE RIB AND PIVOTALLY SUPPORTED ON THE INNER WALL (7A) OF THE VENTILATION DUCT (7) WITH SUPPORTING PORTIONS (9) PROVIDED AT THE LEFT AND RIGHT ENDS OF THE SHUTTER PLATE (8). THE SUPPORTING PORTIONS (9) ARE PROVIDED ABOVE A CENTER LINE (7B) OF THE VENTILATION DUCT (7). THE SHUTTER PLATE (8) HAS AN U-SHAPED PROTRUSION (16) PROVIDED IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO PROTRUDE IN A DIRECTION OF THE VENTILATION DOWNSTREAM SIDE OF THE SHUTTER PLATE (8), THE U-SHAPED PROTRUSION (16) BEING DOWNWARDLY OPEN WITH RESPECT TO A ROTATION AXIS (12) CONNECTING SHAFT SUPPORTING PORTIONS (8A) OF THE SHUTTER PLATE (8).
