AN OIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE IN A REFRIGERATING SYSTEM COMPRISING OF AN OIL SEPARATOR (4A) HAVING PLURALITY OF INLETS AND OUTLETS FOR SEPARATING REFRIGERANT AND OIL, AN OIL ACCUMULATOR (7A) HAVING PLURALITY OF INLETS, OUTLETS AND THERMISTORS FOR EQUALISING THE LEVEL OF OIL IN EACH OF THE OUTDOOR UNIT COMPRESSOR AND A VALVE MEANS FOR REGULATING THE FLOW TO OF REFRIGERANT THE OUTDOOR HEAT-EXCHANGER (8A), RECEIVING REFRIGERANT FROM INDOOR HEAT-EXCHANGER (31) AND OIL ACCUMULATOR (7A) AND DISTRIBUTING THE REFRIGERANT TO COMPRESSORS [(2A-1), (2A-2)].
