Abstract

The present invention relates to a bio-stabilized fertilizer, characterized by an organic waste material; a microbial inoculant; and an inorganic compound. The present invention also provides a method for producing a bio-stabilized fertilizer, characterized by the steps of air drying the organic waste material; decomposing the organic waste material to form a compost; inoculating the compost with the microbial inoculant; mixing the inoculated compost with the inorganic compound to form a powder mixture; crushing the powder mixture and pelletizing the crushed powder mixture to form a fertilizer pellet; and cooling the fertilizer pellet.
