Abstract

There is disclosed a measurement device (100) for measuring a current and a voltage of a photovoltaic apparatus comprising: a case (105); a first positive terminal (110); a first negative terminal (111); a second positive terminal (115) and a second negative terminal (116); a voltage measurement module connected to the resistor (210), the second positive terminal (115) and the second negative terminal (116), for measuring the voltage across the resistor (210), and the voltage between the second the second positive terminal (115) and the second negative terminal (116); and an electronic module connected to the voltage measurement module, whereby the electronic module is configured to calculate the current of the photovoltaic apparatus responsive to the voltage measurement module measuring the voltage across the resistor (210), wherein the resistor (210) and voltage measurement module are located within the case (105).
