Abstract

THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A COMPUTER IMAGE STEGANOGRAPHY PROCESS (100), CHARACTERIZED BY AN INFORMATION ENCODING PROCESS (110) AND AN INFORMATION DECODING PROCESS (120).THE INFORMATION ENCODING PROCESS COMPRISES THE STEPS OF FIRSTLY, INITIATING THE IMAGE STEGANOGRAPHY PROCESS USING A USERNAME AND PASSWORD.THEN, INPUTTING DATA INTO A TEXT FORMAT FILE (112), WHICH IS COMPRESSED (113).THEN, CONVERTING THE COMPRESSED FILE AND AUTHENTICATION KEYS INTO BINARY CODES (114), WHICH ARE MERGED WITH IMAGE PIXELS (115).THE LAST TWO BITS OF EACH CODES WILL BE MERGED AND ENCODED WITH EACH IMAGE PIXEL,AND REPEATING THE STEPS FOR ALL THE SUBSEQUENTS CODES, THEREBY FORMING AN UNCOMPRESSED STEGANOGRAPHIC IMAGE. THE INFORMATION DECODING PROCESS (120) COMPRISES THE STEPS OF FIRSTLY, DECODING THE BINARY CODES FROM A STEGANOGRAPHIC IMAGE (122), IN REVERSE ORDER AS IT WAS PREVIOUSLY ENCODED. THE INPUTTING THE AUTHENTICATION KEYS (121) TO CONVERT THE BINARY CODES INTO A TEXT FORMAT FILE (123), WHICH IS DECOMPRESSED TO RETRIEVE THE DATA (124). THE INPUT AUTHENTICATION LEYS MUST MATCH THE AUNTHENTICATION KEYS USED IN THE INFORMATION ENCODING PROCESS (110).
