ONE EMBODIMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES AN APPARATUS (100) FOR SHUTTING OFF GAS SUPPLY LINE USING GAS OPERATION TIME-OUT SYSTEM. THE APPARATUS COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SWITCH (102) TO ACTIVATE OR DEACTIVATE TIMER RELAY; AT LEAST ONE TRANSFORMER WHICH TRANSFERS ELECTRICAL SIGNAL TO GAS OPERATION CONTROL PANEL (106); AT LEAST ONE TIMER RELAY WHICH PRE-SETS OPERATION HOUR; AT LEAST ONE BUZZER WHICH ALERTS A SITUATION; AND AT LEAST ONE GAS OPERATION CONTROL PANEL (106) CONFIGURED TO CONTROL A SIGNAL TO ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATE GAS SOLENOID VALVE. THE GAS OPERATION CONTROL PANEL (106) PROVIDES A SIGNAL TO AT LEAST ONE GAS SOLENOID VALVE (110) AND FURTHER COMPRISES AT LEAST ONE INPUT TERMINAL TO RECEIVE AT LEAST ONE SIGNAL FROM AT LEAST ONE TRANSDUCER TO ACTIVATE OR DEACTIVATE GAS SOLENOID VALVE. ANOTHER EMBODIMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A GAS OPERATION TIME-OUT CONTROLLER SYSTEM (100) FOR SHUTTING OFF GAS SUPPLY LINE COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SWITCH (102); AT LEAST ONE GAS OPERATION CONTROL PANEL (106); AT LEAST ONE GAS LEAK DETECTOR (112); AT LEAST ONE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (108); AT LEAST ONE GAS SOLENOID VALVE (110); AND AT LEAST ONE DISPLAY MODULE (114). THE SAID GAS OPERATION CONTROL PANEL (106) INTERCONNECTS THE SWITCH (102), GAS LEAK DETECTOR (112), FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (108), GAS SOLENOID VALVE (110) AND DISPLAY MODULE (114) TO SHUT OFF GAS SUPPLY LINE USING AT LEAST ONE TIMER RELAY AND TO OVERRIDE TIMER RELAY TO SHUT OFF GAS SUPPLY LINE. A FURTHER EMBODIMENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A METHOD (200) FOR SHUTTING OFF GAS SUPPLY LINE USING GAS OPERATION TIME-OUT SYSTEM. THE METHOD COMPRISING STEPS OF ACTIVATING TIMER RELAY TO SWITCH ON GAS SUPPLY USING SELECTOR SWITCH OR REMOTE SWITCH (202); DEACTIVATING TIMER RELAY TO SHUT OFF GAS SUPPLY LINE USING SELECTOR SWITCH OR REMOTE SWITCH (204).
