Abstract
THE PRESENT INVENTION DISCLOSES A POWER-LIKE MATERIAL FEEDER, PARTICULARLY TO A QUANTITATIVE FEEDER OF ALUMINA POWDER IN AN ELECTROLYTIC ALUMINUM FUME PURIFYING SYSTEM. A FLUIDIZATION-TYPE FEEDER CONSTRUCTED AS FOLLOWS: A FLUIDIZATION HOPPER (5) IS CONNECTED TO A SUB-FLUIDIZATION HOPPER (4) VIA A PERFORATING PLATE (14) WHOSE LOWER PORTION IS PERFORATED THROUGH, THE SUB-FLUIDIZATION HOPPER (4) IS COMMUNICATED WITH A MATERIAL CABIN (1), THE FLUIDIZATION HOPPER (5) IS COMMUNICATED WITH A MATERIAL DISCHARGE BOX (12), AND AN AIR INLET (10) IS PROVIDED ON EACH OF THE FLUIDIZATION HOPPER (5) AND THE SUB-FLUIDIZATION HOPPER (4). THE PRESENT INVENTION REALIZES THE OBJECT OF UNIFORMLY AND STABLY FEEDING MATERIAL, AND IS DESIRABLE IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, SIMPLE IN STRUCTURE, AND EASY TO MANIPULATE AND MANAGE. (FIG. 1)
