Abstract
THE THREADS, STRANDS OR CORDS OF THIS LAP OR THIS MESH ARE PARALLEL IN AT LEAST ONE DIRECTION, AND ARE EACH SIMULTANEOUSLY COMPOSED ON THE ONE HAND OF MINERAL FIBRES HAVING LOW ELONGATION (HIGH MODULUS OF ELONGATION UNDER STRESS) AND AN ELONGATION AT BREAK VALUE OF 2 TO 5%, AND ON THE OTHER HAND OF POLYMER FIBRES AND/OR NATURAL ORIGIN FIBRES HAVING A MODULUS OF ELONGATION UNDER STRESS LOWER THAN THAT OF THE MINERAL FIBRES AND AN ELONGATION AT BREAK VALUE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN THAT OF SAID MINERAL FIBRES, OF 10 TO 20%.
