THE EMULSION COMPRISES A POLAR PHASE DISPERSED IN A NON-POLAR PHASE, WHEREIN THE POLAR PHASE COMPRISES THE BIOLOGICAL ENTITY. THE PARTICLES COMPRISING THE BIOLOGICAL ENTITY ARE THEN FORMED FROM THE POLAR PHASE.
