A FILTER IS PROVIDED AT AN INLET OF THE BLOWER, AND THE FILTER IS CLEANED BY A CLEANING DEVICE (300). THE CLEANING DEVICE (300) HAS A BODY (301) CAPABLE OF PIVOTING ABOUT ONE END OF THE BODY RELATIVE TO THE OUTER BOTTOM SURFACE OF THE WATER TUB, A BRUSH (302) PROVIDED AT THE OTHER END OF THE BODY, AND A SPRING (303) FOR URGING THE BODY IN THE CLOSING DIRECTION. THE BODY (301) PIVOTS IN THE OPENING DIRECTION BY DYNAMIC PRESSURE OF WATER IN THE WATER TUB, AND WHEN THE PIVOT ANGLE OF THE BODY (301) REACHES 90°, THE.BRUSH (302) IS IN CONTACT WITH THE FILTER.
