THERE IS DISCLOSED A MECHANICAL TIMING DEVICE (1) ADAPTED FOR APPLICATION IN FISH REARING, AQUARIUM, AQUA CULTURE OR THE LIKES THAT COMPRISES OF A PAIR OF LIQUID CATCHMENT CONTAINERS (2,3) ARRANGED NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND SECURED TO A SHAFT (4) TO FORM A TIMER ASSEMBLY. THE TIMER ASSEMBLY SWINGS IN ONE DIRECTION UPON FILLING UP OF ONE OF THE CATCHMENT CONTAINER AND SWINGS TO ANOTHER DIRECTION UPON FILLING UP OF THE OTHER CATCHMENT CONTAINER. AN AUTOMATED FEEDER (6) FOR APPLICATION IN FISH REARING, AQUARIUM, AQUA CULTURE OR THE LIKES IS ALSO DISCLOSED TO PERIODICALLY RELEASES FEED FOR CONSUMPTION OF THE FISH AND THE LIKE AUTOMATICALLY.
