THE COOLING DEVICES REQUIRE CONDUITS (4, 5) AND THIS CONSTITUTES A SIGNIFICANT CONSTRUCTIVE EXPENDITURE AND MAKES A CHANGE OF THE CEILING (6) LAYOUT OF THE CLEANROOM (1) MORE DIFFICULT.
