MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM: A HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER SOURCE DEVICE (HFP1) INCLUDES A SMOOTHING CAPACITOR CIRCUIT WHICH CONSISTS OF CAPACITORS CN11 – C1N , A HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER INVERSION CIRCUIT WHICH CONSISTS OF IGBTS Q11 - Q14, ETC., A CONTROL CIRCUIT (11), AN AC CURRENT DETECTOR (12), A CURRENT CALCULATION UNIT (14), AN AC VOLTAGE DETECTOR (15), AND AN AC CURRENT DETECTOR (16). THE CURRENT CALCULATION UNIT (14) OBTAINS A CURRENT IDC* EQUIVALENT TO A CURRENT IDC FROM A DC POWER SOURCE WHICH FEEDS DC POWER TO THE HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER SOURCE, FROM THE OUTPUT CURRENT I0 OF THE HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER INVERSION CIRCUIT DETECTED BY THE AC CURRENT DETECTOR (12) AND THE CURRENT IC OF THE SMOOTHING CAPACITOR CIRCUIT DETECTED BY THE AC CURRENT DETECTOR (16), ON THE BASIS OF THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE VO OF THE HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER INVERSION CIRCUIT.
