A CUSHIONING PAD (1) COMPRISING A POLYOLEFIN FOAMED PLATE (11) HAVING A HEAT-MELTED SKIN LAYER (12) ON THE WHOLE SURFACE WITH A HINGE PART BEING FORMED BY PROVIDING A NOTCH NOT PASSING THROUGH THE HEAT-MELTED SKIN LAYER, WHEREIN SAID HEAT-MELTED SKIN LAYER IS COMPOSED OF A BULK RESIN PART (II) AND A SINGLE OR A PLURALITY OF LAYERED RESIN PARTS (III, IV) BONDED TO SAID BULK RESIN PART ROUGHLY IN PARALLEL TO A SURFACE OF SAID POLYOLEFIN FOAMED PLATE IN VIEWING A CROSS SECTION IN A PERPENDICULAR DIRECTION TO THE SURFACE OF SAID POLYOLEFIN FOAMED PLATE, AND SAID BULK RESIN PART AND LAYERED RESIN PART(S) ARE DISTRIBUTED COVERING THE WHOLE SURFACE OF SAID POLYOLEFIN FOAMED PLATE; AND THE WHOLE SURFACE OF SAID POLYOLEFIN FOAMED PLATE PRESENTS AN UNEVENNESS BY SAID BULK RESIN PART AND LAYERED RESIN PART(S).
