A MOTOR (26) DISPOSED ON EITHER THE MOTION BASE (4) OR THE AUDIENCE PLATFORM (6) IS USED TO PIVOT THE AUDIENCE PLATFORM VIA A SHAFT. A PROJECTION SCREEN (8) IS LOCATED EITHER ON BOARD OR OFF BOARD AND IS USED TO DISPLAY IMAGES OR A MOTION PICTURE. THE AMUSEMENT RIDE SIMULATES FISHTAILING, SLIDE OUT, AND SIMILAR MOVEMENTS EXPERIENCED AS A VEHICLE TURNS. (FIGURE 1A)
