A BRUSH HOLDER (10) FOR LOCATING A PARTIALLY OF ENTIRELY AN ELASTIC BRUSH HEADS HEAD (300) COMPRISING A MOUNTING FRAME (11) HAVING AT LEAST ONE BRUSH LOCATING MEANS (13) DISPOSED ON THE MAIN BODY OF SAID MOUNTING FRAME (11) TO LOCATE THE FACES OF THE BRUSH BRISTLE PADS (302) OF SAID BRUSH HEAD (300) INTO WHICH THE BRISTLES ARE TO BE TUFTED, TRIMMED OR END ROUNDED AND A BACKING FRAME (12) WHICH IS COUPLED TOGETHER WITH SAID MOUNTING FRAME (11) HAVING AT LEAST ONE BRUSH ENGAGING MEANS (13) DISPOSED ON THE MAIN BODY OF SAME BACKING FRAME (12). THE BRUSH HEAD (300) IS FORMED DETACHABLY OR INTEGRALLY WITH THE BRUSH BODY OR HANDLE IN MANUAL BRUSHES OR ELECTRIC BRUSHES. THE MOUNTING FRAME (11) AND THE BACKING FRAME (12) CAN BE RELEASABLY, PIVOTABLY OR SLIDABLY HELD TOGETHER TO FORM A HOLDING MEANS FOR THE BRUSH HEADS REWORK PROCESSES.(FIG 1A)
