Abstract

IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH THE REQUEST FOR THE PIN JACK PLATE HAVING MANY PIN JACKS, A PLURALITY OF EARTH MEMBER ARE ELECTRICALLY CONNECTED TO ONE ANOTHER AND ARE ARRANGED IN SERIES. EACH OF THE EARTH MEMBERS HAS THE CONDUCTIVE CAPS OF A SMALL NUMBER.THE CONDUCTIVE CAPS (1B, 2B) ARE ATTACHED TO THE OUTER SURFACE OF FIVE INSULATION CYLINDERS (6) WHICH ARE ARRANGED IN SERIES ON THE FRONT SURFACE OF THE HOUSING (5).TRIPLE AND DOUBLE EARTH MEMBERS (1, 2) ARE POSITIONED IN SERIES. BAR SHAPED BASES (1A, 2A) ARE FITTED TO FITTING CONCAVE SECTIONS (5A) WHICH ARE FORMED ON THE FRONT SURFACE OF THE HOUSING (5).CONNECTING PORTIONS (1C, 2C) OF BOTH SIDES OF THE BAR SHAPED BASES (1A, 2A) ARE INSERTED INTO CONNECTING PORTION LOCK GROOVES (5B) AND ARE FIXED TO THE CONNECTING PORTION LOCK GROOVES (5B) RESPECTIVELY.DROOP PORTIONS (3B) OF BOTH SIDES OF THE TERMINAL MEMBER (3) ARE INSERTED INTO DROOP PORTION LOCK GROOVES (5C) AND ARE FIXED TO THE DROOP PORTION LOCK GROOVES (5C), RESPECTIVELY. ELASTIC CONTACT.PORTIONS (3B1), WHICH PROJECT FROM THE DROOP PORTIONS (3B),ARE CONTACT WITH THE CONNECTING PORTIONS (1C, 2C) OF THE EARTH MEMBERS (1, 2) WHICH ARE OPPOSED TO THE ELASTIC CONTACT PORTIONS (3B1), RESPECTIVELY.THE TERMINAL MEMBER (3) IS ELECTRICALLY CONNECTED TO THE EARTH MEMBERS (1, 2).AN EARTH TERMINAL (1D), WHICH PROJECTS FROM THE LOWER END OF THE TRIPLE EARTH MEMBER (1), IS CONNECTED TO A PRINT CIRCUIT BOARD.(FIG 1A,1B)
