THE MEMBER (40) CAN BE FIXED SO THAT ITS FLAT PORTION IS NEAR THE OUTER (LONGER) EDGE (36) OF THE BEND THUS PROVIDING AN INTERNAL BEND, OR NEAR THE INNER (SHORTER) EDGE (38) SO PROVIDING AN EXTERNAL BEND.
