ACCORDINGLY, FLAT SURFACES OF THE EARTH TERMINALS (19) AND FLAT SURFACES OF CIRCUIT TERMINALS FORMED ON A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (18) CAN BE POSITIONED OPPOSEDLY IN PARALLEL WITH EACH OTHER AND AT A SHORT DISTANCE, AND CAPACITORS (21) CAN BE CONNECTED TO THE CIRCUIT TERMINALS (19) AT POSITIONS OF THE SHORTEST DISTANCE FROM THOSE CIRCUIT TERMINALS THROUGH CIRCUIT PATTERNS (10b) FORMED ON A MOTHER BOARD (10) OF A SET SYSTEM. THEREFORE, EVEN IF AN UNNECESSARY SIGNAL IS CONTAINED IN A CIRCUIT OF A HIGH-FREQUENCY DEVICE, THE SIGNAL CAN BE SURELY CONDUCTED TO GROUND THROUGH THE CAPACITORS (21).(FIG. 1)
