AN ARRANGEMENT FOR ELECTROSTATIC ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONING TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF NEGATIVE IONS CHARACTERISED IN THAT THE ARRANGEMENT INCLUDES MEANS TO INTRODUCE PRE-DETERMINED LEVEL OF DIRECT CURRENT ELECTRICAL ENERGY TO THE LIVE TISSUES OF A LIVING PLANT SUCH THAT ELECTRONS ARE DISCHARGED FROM THE SURFACE BODY OF THE PLANT INTO THE AMBIENT ATMOSPHERE WHERE THE MEANS TO INTRODUCE PRE-DETERMINED LEVEL OF DIRECT CURRENT ELECTRICAL ENERGY CONSISTS OF A POWER SUPPLY SOURCE (1), A TRANSFORMER AND/OR VIBRATOR (2), A HIGH TENSION TRANSFORMER (3) AND A SELECTABLE CURRENT LIMIT RESISTOR (5).
