AN APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING CONVERGENCE AND DEGREE OF ORTHOGONALITY OF A DEFLECTION YOKE (30) COMPRISES A PALLET (200) MOUNTED TO THE REAR PORTION OF A CATHODE-RAY TUBE (CRT) FOR ADJUSTMENT AND FIXING A VERTICAL DEFLECTION COIL (6) OF THE DEFLECTION YOKE (30) IN AN UP, DOWN, LEFT, AND RIGHT DIRECTION, AND ROTATABLY; A HORIZONTAL DEFLECTION COIL (5) ROTATING MEANS FOR ACCORDING DEGREE A OF A SCREEN HORIZONTALITY OF THE HORIZONTAL DEFLECTION BY ROTATING SAID PALLET (200); A VERTICAL DEFLECTION COIL (6) MOVING MEANS FOR ADJUSTING SYMMETRY OF CONVERGENCE AND DEGREE OF ORTHOGONALITY BY MOVING THE VERTICAL DEFLECTION COIL (6) IN UP, DOWN, LEFT, AND RIGHT DIRECTION, AND ROTATABLY AFTER THE HORIZONTAL DEFLECTION COIL (5) IS FIXED IN AN OPTIMAL POSITION; AND A CONTROLLING MEANS FOR ACTUATING SAID HORIZONTAL DEFLECTION COIL (5) ROTATING MEANS AND SAID VERTICAL DEFLECTION MOVING MEANS.
