A SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING MICROORGANISMS COMPRISING: A WEB W1 INCLUDING A FIRST FIBER MATERIAL FORMED OF A POLYOLEFIN TYPE SYNTHETIC RESIN; AND A SECOND FIBER MATERIAL FORMED OF A POLYOLEFIN TYPE RESIN HAVING A MELTING TEMPERATURE LOWER THAN THAT OF THE FIRST FIBER MATERIAL; AND AN UNWOVEN CLOTCH F1 FORMED AS A BASE LAYER. THE WEB W1 IS BONDED ON THE UNWOVEN CLOTH F1 BY MEANS OF A NEEDLE PUNCH, THE FIRST FIBER MATERIAL IS AFFIXED TO THE SECOND FIBER MATERIAL BY MELTING TO FORM A COMPOSITE LAYER, AND THE COMPOSITE LAYER IS FURTHER AFFIXED TO THE UNWOVEN CLOTH F1. THE SUPPORTING DEVICE IS IMPROVED IN THAT THE COMING OFF OF THE FIRST FIBER MATERIAL IS PREVENTED, THE UNWOVEN CLOTH F1 SERVES TO PREVENT UNEVEN WINDING AT THE PROCESSING BY THE NEEDLE PUNCH TO ELIMINATE THE DISPERSION OF THE WEIGHT WITHIN THE PRODUCED DEVICES.
