THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A TURN TABLE DRIVING APPARATUS OF A MICROWAVE OVEN BY WHICH A TURN TABLE(9) IS ROTATED AND VERTICALLY MOVED TO THEREBY COOK THE FOOD EVENLY AND QUICKLY, THE APPARATUS INCLUDING: A TURN TABLE AXIS(70) FOR ROTATING AND VERTICALLY MOVING THE TURN TABLE(9); A TURN TABLE ROTATING UNIT FOR TRANSMITTING THE POWER TO THE TURN TABLE AXIS(70) IN ORDER TO ROTATE THE TURN TABLE(9) BY WAY OF MESHED DRIVING SOURCE; AND A TURN TABLE ASCENT AND DESCENT UNIT FOR TRANSMITTING THE POWER TO THE TURN TABLE AXIS(70) IN ORDER TOVERTICALLY MOVE THE TURN TABLE(9) BY WAY OF DRIVING SOURCE GENERATED BY A SLANT TRACK.
