Abstract

THIS INVENTION IS ABOUT A FURNACE WHERE HOT AIR CAN BE DISCHARGED FROM HEATERS TO PROVIDE UNIFORM HEATING TO PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD COMMONLY USE IN ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY. AIR IS PREVENTED TO FLOW INTO THE FURNACE, SO AS TO REDUCE AND TO STABILISE THE CONCENTRATION OF OXYGEN. THE FURNACE (1) IS DESIGNED WITH AN AIR TUNNEL (2) TO SEPARATE IT INTO THE UPPER AND LOWER SECTION. THEY ARE FITTED WITH HOT AIR BLOW TYPE HEATERS (5A), (5B); THE HOT AIR DISCHARGED FROM THESE HEATERS, ENABLE THEM TO MAKE A COUNTER-FLOW. WITHOUT THE INFLUENCE OF OTHER HEATERS, EACH INDIVIDUAL HEATER CAN PRODUCED ITS OWN HOT AIR CIRCUIT. THE HEATERS (5) ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BLOWING OUTLET AND SUCTION INLET IN THE SAME STRUCTURE, THE BLOWING OUTLET IS FORMED BY DRILLING NUMEROUS HOLES (17) AND ON THE TOP OF IT FITTED WITH A REDIRECTIONAL FLOW PLATE (18), THIS ENABLES THE HOT AIR TO FLOW TO THE SUCTION INLET.(FIG. 2)
