A PROCESS FOR PREPARING FERTILIZER IN PELLET, GRANULAR OR AGGLOMERATE FROM BY APPLYING A NATURAL ORGANIC NUTRIENT MATERIAL OR A MIXTURE OF NATURAL ORGANIC NUTRIENT MATERIALS WHICH HAS BINDING, SEALING AND COATING PROPERTIES TO A FERTILIZER OR A MIXTURE OF ORGANIC INORGANIC FERTILIZERS, WITH OR WITHOUT SOIL CONDITIONER (S); AND/OR COATING A PELLETIZED, GRANULAR OR AGGLOMERATE FERTILIZER, EITHER OF SINGLE NUTRIENTS OR MULTIPLE NUTRIENTS, EITHER ORGANIC, OR INORGANIC OR A MIXTURE OF THESE, WITH OR WITHOUT TRACE ELEMENTS, SOIL CONDITIONER (S), PESTICIDES OR GROWTH REGULATORS, OR GROWTH PROMOTERS, OR ELEMENTAL SULPHUR , OR INERT MATERIALS.
