A FREE END OF THE STRAW 14 IS SEALED BY A RUPTURABLE MEMBRANE. A CLOSURE ELEMENT 40 SEALINGLY CLOSES THE FILLING ORIFICE OF THE VESSEL 12. THE CLOSURE ELEMENT 40 INCLUDES A TAMPER INDICATING MEANS. A CLOSURE CAP 56 IS FORMED INTEGRALLY, AS A ONE PIECE ARTICLE, WITH THE TAMPER INDICATING MEANS OF THE CLOSURE ELEMENT40.
