Abstract
THE INVENTION RELATES TO THE USE, FOR AROMATISING HYDROCARBONS COMPRISING 5 TO 7 CARBON ATOMS PER MOLECULE, A CATALYST OF THE GALLOALUMINO SILICATE TYPE AND CONTAINING BY WEIGHT: 0.01 TO 99.49% OF A MATRIX CHOSEN FORM THE GROUP CONSTITUTED BY ALUMINA, SILICA, MAGNESIA, A CLAY AND ANY COMBINATION OF AT LEAST TWO OF THE AFORESAID COMPOUNDS AND 0.51 TO 99.99% OF A ZEOLITE SYNTHESISED IN A FLUORIDE MEDIUM OF ROUGHLY THE FOLLOWING CHEMICAL FORMULA:(FORMULA. 1)IN WHICH M REPRESENTS A PROTON AND/OR A METALLIC CATION X IS COMPRISED BETWEEN 0.1 AND 9 Y IS COMPRISED BETWEEN 0.1 AND 7 THE ZEOLITE HAVING A FLUORINE CONTENT COMPRISED BETWEEN 0.02 AND 1.5% BY WEIGHT, THE FLUORINE BEING INCORPORATED DURING SYNTHESIS, THE ZEOLITE ALSO BEING CHARACTERISED BY A PARTICULAR X DEFRACTION DIAGRAM.
