THE LIPS (15A, 15B) OF EACH COMPONENT ENGAGE RESPECTIVELY OUTER AND INNER SURFACES OF THE RIBS (16) OF THE OTHER COMPONENT, THEREBY INHIBITING DISPLACEMENT OF CONTIGUOUS FLANGES (13), AND MAINTAINING A HIGH MOMENT OF INERTIA WHICH INHIBITS EXCESSIVE DEFLECTION OF THE MEMBER (10) UNDER LOAD.(FIG. 1)
