PROVIDED HEREIN IS A POLYETHYLENE MULTILAYERED FILM WHICH COMPRISES A FIRST LAYER (A) AND A SECOND LAYER (B) SAID FIRST LAYER BEING MADE OF A COMPOSITION COMPOSED OF (A) 60-95 W% OF ETHYLENE-C4-20 (ALPHA)-OLEFIN COPOLYMER HAVING A DENSITY OF 0.891-0.925 G/CM3 AND (B) 40-5 W% OF LOW-CRYSTALLINE ETHYLENE -C3-12 (ALPHA)-OLEFIN COPOLYMER HAVING A DENSITY OF 0.860-0.890 G/CM3, OR AN ETHYLENE -C4-20(ALPHA)-OLEFIN COPOLYMER HAVING A DENSITY OF 0.890-0.910 G/CM3, AND SAID SECOND LAYER BEING MADE OF AN ETHYLENE C4-20 (ALPHA)-OLEFIN COPOLYMER HAVING A DENSITY OF 0.915-0.960 G/CM3.
