Abstract

The invention relates to a two-component container (1). According to the invention, two chambers (6, 7) can be connected by expelling a sealing plug (5). The sealing plug (5), which has two stoppers (12, 13), can be pushed out of the elements (14, 15) holding it in place by screwing one container (3) into a thread (4) which is connected to another container (2). The two separate stoppers (12, 13) of the sealing plug (5) provide a reliable seal. As the container (3) is screwed in, the lower stopper (13) is expelled first by the upper stopper (12). The upper stopper (12) is then expelled by an expelling element (22). The inventive two-component container (1) is suitable for storing peroxide and hair colorant separately. After it has been expelled, the sealing plug (5) helps the two components to mix.

Description

Two-component container The invention relates to a two-component container with two containers separated and communicated with each other when ejecting a thick plug, although each container shows a chamber for the intake of a component, with a thread in the neck of one container and another thread connected with the other container, although the threads mesh, and being that a container of the type can be screwed with the other so that the thick plug is impelled from its position.
In the case of known containers of two components of this type, in which a sheet is provided as a thick medium between the containers, materials with good barrier properties are used for the production of the sheet, to prevent a diffusion between the peroxide that had in one camera and the hair dye of the other camera. A seal on a single seal of the sheet leads to an insecure seal, in particular in the series production of the two-component container.
A two-component container of FR-OS 2610901 is known, in which a component that is in the upper container can be added to a component contained in the lower container. To do this, first push down the shutter of the lower container and then remove the second obturator placed on the floor of the upper container.
The invention is based on the task of giving greater emphasis to the first described in a container of two components, in such a way that a more secure waterproofing occurs between the containers, and an easy and safe mixing of the components is achieved.
The task is solved according to the part pointed out in claim 1. Subsequently, the thick plug is composed of two single plugs, although the upper plug can be dissolved upwards by using a fastening element connected to the upper container, if the lower plug can be dissolving by opposing the upper shutter downwards by means of a fastening element of a separator, if the spacer rests with a base on the upper edge of the lower container, and if the separator shows a separate impulse element towards the outside with effect on the upper shutter.
The two-component container according to the invention has the advantage of showing a double waterproofing between the components in particular, since each plug makes a waterproofing. The mixture of the particular components was given in a simple manner by screwing the lower container towards the upper container. The mixture is obtained safely by pushing out the lower shutter first and then the upper shutter. The lower shutter is pushed out with the upper shutter and the shutter, on the other hand, with the expulsion element.
The ejection of the lower shutter was also given with fasteners relatively far apart from each other, by turning slightly from the lower container, when the upper shutter shows a lateral dispersing area parallel or almost parallel to the outer wall of a container and a middle area contiguous to the lower shutter (claim 2). The fastening elements that are far apart from each other prevent the individual components between the obturator from coming into contact with each other.
In case the ejection element can be placed or is on a waterproofing connected to the upper container (claim 3), a waterproofing of the two-component container is achieved after mixing the components. For this purpose, a circulating and elastic wall as sealing is ideal (claim 4).
The safety ring that separates allows a container to be screwed with the other container (claim 5) serves to prevent an undesired activation of the two-component container.
The invention is described below in detail with reference to an explanatory example. This sample: Figure 1 In a vertical cut, a two-component container with two containers that are waterproofed, one against the other, by two unique shutters; although the upper and lower shutter can be dissolved by opposing the upper shutter with an intermediate piece, the intermediate piece lies with a base on the upper edge of the lower container, and the intermediate piece shows an effective and separate ejection element against the upper shutter . Figure 2 In vertical section and enlarged presentation a portion of figure 1.
Figure 3 In vertical section and in extended presentation another portion of the figure 1, as well; Figure 4 In vertical section and in extended presentation, another portion of figure 1, although with the obturators dissolved from the fastening elements.
Two containers 2, 3 are connected to the thread 4, 11 in a container 2 of two components. After the expulsion of a combined thick plug 5, the contents of the containers 2,3 can be mixed with each other (FIG. 1). Each container 2, 3 shows a chamber 6, 7. While a chamber 6 is provided for the taking of a peroxide as a component, the other chamber 7 serves to take a hair dye as the second component.
In the neck 8 of the lower container 3 a thread 11 is provided which meshes with the thread 4 of an intermediate piece 10. The intermediate piece 10 is connected to the container 2 through a quick connection 6. The lower container 3 can be screwed with the upper container 2, although first the obturator 13 of the thick plug 5 is ejected and then the upper plug 12 of the thick plug 5.
The particular obturators 12, 13 together form the thick plug 5. The obturator 12 is ejected upwards from the fastening element 14 connected to the upper container 2. The lower seal has a fastening element 15 easily dilutable as the upper seal 12. Thus the lower shutter 13 is ejected from the middle area 16 of the upper shutter 12, although the upper shutter 12 remains in its holding element 14. The lower shutter 13 is ejected by opposing the upper shutter 12, breaking a safety ring 17, which can be attached to the fish plate 18, and is separated downwards through an intermediate piece 19. After separating the safety ring 17 from the two-component container 1, the lower container 3 can be screwed with the upper container 2.
The intermediate piece 19 is with a base 20 on the upper edge 21 of the lower container 3. The intermediate piece 22 shows an ejection element 22 which has effect on the upper shutter 12 and dissolves it upon reaching a ring-shaped surface 23 from its fastening element 14. The fastening element 15 shows a press fit 25 in combination with a ratchet connection 24 (Figure 2). The fastening element 14 also shows a press fit 26 and a ratchet connection 27 (Figure 3).
The upper seal 12 has a lateral area 29 which passes parallel to the outer wall of the container 28, and which becomes an average area 16 adjacent to the lower seal 13.
The ejection element 22 in the lower screw container 3, is in a packing 30 connected to the upper container 2, to a circulating and elastic wall and thus waterproofs the two-component container. In the maximum screwing state shown in FIG. 4, the shutters 12, 13 of the fastening element 14, 15 are dissolved, and the previously separated components can be mixed.
The two-component container 1 is then stirred and finally the hair dye is applied, after unscrewing a cap 31 by means of a discharge opening (Figure 1).
