The interlock plate forms a space between the interlock plate and the rest of the fixed part. The inner leg of the moving part has a height greater than the height of the locking plate and a diameter slightly greater than the spacing between the locking plate and the rest of the fixed part. This together with other objects of the invention, together with the various features of novelty that distinguish the invention, are pointed out particularly in the appended claims and which form a part of this description. For a better understanding of the invention, its operational advantages and the specific objectives attained by its uses, reference should be made to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter, wherein preferred embodiments of the invention are illustrated. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be better understood and the objectives different from those established above will be apparent when considering the following detailed description thereof. This description refers to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 is a side elevation view of a waistband or harness for loading infants with the preferred buckle embodiment with detachable parts constructed in accordance with the principles of the present invention; Figure 2 is a front elevational view of the buckle taken in circle 2 of Figure 1; Figure 3 is a bottom elevation view of the buckle taken on line 3-3 of Figure 2; Figure 4 is a front elevation view of the buckle portions in a separate orientation; Figure 5 is an end elevational view of one of the buckle components taken on line 5-5 of Figure 4; Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 6-6 of Figure 4. The same reference numbers refer to the same parts through the various Figures. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODE With reference now to the drawings and in particular to Figures 1 to 6, the preferred embodiment of the new and improved buckle will be described with detachable parts incorporating the principles and concepts of the present invention and generally designated by reference number 10. The present invention, the new and improved buckle with detachable parts, is a system 10 constituted by a plurality of components. Its components in its broadest context includes a fixed part, a moving part, an interlocking plate and upper, lower, inner, outer legs and central. Each of the individual components is specifically configured and co-related with respect to the other to achieve the desired objectives. The present invention includes a new and improved buckle system 10 for convenient attachment and release of separate pieces to be releasably joined. The buckle system includes a moving part and a fixed part 14. The fixed part 14 has a front face 16 and a rear face 18. It also has an upper horizontal leg 20 and a lower horizontal leg 22. Between the upper and lower legs is one vertical leg inside 24, an outer vertical leg 26 and a central vertical leg 28. The inner vertical leg is coupled to the fabric edge of the coupled pieces. The vertical central extension of the fixed part or the fixed part includes a raised portion 30. A moving part 34, below, is provided. This movable part includes a front face 36 and a back face 38. An upper horizontal leg 40 and a lower horizontal leg 42 are also included. Among them is an inner vertical leg 44, an outer vertical leg 46 and a central vertical leg 48. The outer vertical leg is attached to the edge of the fabric of the pieces that are attached. A resilient interlock plate 52 is provided below. This interlocking plate extends upwardly from the central vertical leg 28 of the fixed part. This plate has a section 54 that projects to its interior. The interlocking plate forms a space 56 between the locking plate and the rest of the underlying fixed part. The inner vertical leg 44 of the moving part is cylindrical. It has a height greater than the height of the interlocking plate that is less than the height of the vertical legs of the fixed part. The cylindrical leg 44 has a slightly larger diameter than the space 56 between the locking plate and the remainder of the fixed part. In this way, it can be coupled and released with respect to the locking plate with a lateral force, to resiliently move the locking plate 52 to engage and release the ring. The parts of the buckle are preferably molded from a slightly resilient plastic, preferably polycarbonate. Additional securing of the coupling is effected through an upward projecting finger 62 formed integrally with the central vertical leg of the fixed part. This finger has a projection extending forward 64, which can be placed in the central vertical leg of the moving part, when it is coupled. The movement of the finger towards the cylindrical leg 44, followed by pivoting of the non-cylindrical legs of the moving part, is required before sliding the cylindrical leg out of the locking coupling. The downward projection 66 on the intermediate leg 48 ensures adequate interlocking engagement between the pieces. The buckle of the present invention has utility in association with the baby carrier or soft material carrier for infant as described in the US patent application. Serial No. P5757, presented concurrently with the present and titled "Cangurera or soft carrier for infant" (Soft Infant carrier), the subject of which is hereby incorporated by reference. As for the manner of use and operation of the present invention, it will be apparent from the foregoing description. Accordingly, no further discussion regarding the way of use and operation will be provided. With respect to the above description then it will be understood that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention that include variations in size, materials, shape, structure, function and manner of operation, assembly and use are considered readily apparent and apparent to a person skilled in the art and all ratios equivalent to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.
