Abstract
The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for transfer rides of a working machine (3), especially an excavating machine, movable on crawler tracks and provided with an excavating mechanism (2) or some other lifting means, said apparatus (1) comprising at least two spaced-apart wheels (4) and a load platform (5) mounted therebetween, the working machine (3) being adapted to be hoisted at one end thereof to rest on the apparatus (1) and to be secured to the load platform (5) as well as at the other end to prop against a tractor vehicle (6) through the intermediary of the excavating mechanism (2) or other lifting means of the working machine. The working machine (3) is adapted to be driven ontothe load platform (5), said load platform being provided with a guard (7) for stopping the advancement of the working machine (3) at a desired spot on the load platform (5) and said guard (7) being fitted in such a manner that, as the working machine (3) is in contact with the guard (7), the mass of said working machine (3) delivers to the load platform (5) a moment that forces the load platform (5) to pivot against the bottom surface of a crawler track (8) of the working machine (3). The load platform (5) is provided for each crawler track (8) with at least one gripping element (9) for eliminating a relative slippage between the crawler track (8) and the load platform (5) and for locking the working machine (3) against the guard (7). For each crawler track (8) of the working machine (3) there is provided its own individual piece of apparatus (1).
Description
APPARATUS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF A WORKING MACHINE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for transferring hinges of a work machine, especially an excavating machine, movable on tracks and provided with a digging mechanism or some other lifting means, the apparatus comprises at least two wheels spaced apart and one loading platform mounted therebetween, the work machine is adapted to be lifted at one end of it to rest on the apparatus and to be secured to the loading platform as well as at the other end to be clamped or braced against a tractor vehicle through the intermediation of the excavation mechanism or other means of lifting the work machine.
Background of the Invention
The work machines that operate on tracks are generally very slow and, consequently, transfers even at a very short distance from such machines are preferably covered using separate carts Ref. 031383 or wheel systems mounted on the work machine. Such a last type of apparatus is known, for example, from GB Patent Publication No. 1,044,074. In the apparatus described in GB Patent Publication No. 1,044,074, a work machine is secured to a wheel system, whereby the chassis of the work machine must be equipped with separate coupling elements, which can lead to higher costs. The prior art apparatus involves disadvantages in terms of its use as well. The use is inconvenient and slow, because it requires special measures and, in addition, the operator of the work machine must step outside the cab of a work machine to fix the system of the wheels in place or, respectively, to release the wheel system. An object of the invention is to provide an apparatus, which can be fixed simply and quickly to a work machine and such apparatus does not need any modification to the work machine. According to the invention, this object has been achieved and an apparatus of the invention is characterized in that a work machine is adapted to be driven on a loading platform, the loading platform is provided with a protection to stop the advance of the machine working at a desired point on the loading platform and the protection is equipped so that, when the work machine is in contact with the protection, the mass of the work machine supply to the loading platform a forceful moment the loading platform so that it moves in a pivoting manner against the lower surface of a track of the working machine, and so that the loading platform is provided for each track with at least one holding element to eliminate a relative slip between the track Caterpillar and the loading platform and to fix the work machine against protection. Detailed description of the invention
The apparatus, generally designated in the drawings with reference numeral 1, is proposed to transfer hinges of a work machine 3, especially an excavating machine, movable on tracks and provided with an excavating mechanism 2 or some other lifting mechanism. The apparatus 1 includes at least 2 wheels 4 spaced apart, mounted for free rotation and a loading platform 5 equipped therebetween. The loading platform 5 comprises a trough-like carriage, the floor of which is constituted by a number of beams 12 spaced apart, which are welded at the ends thereof securely to the sheets making up the side walls. for the loading platform 5, to which in turn is securely welded a rear wall similar to a plate and / or a beam 13 connecting the side walls 10 together in the upper portions thereof at the rear of the loading platform 5. The wheels 4 are mounted in a manner known per se on the side walls 10 of the loading platform 5. The fixing point is selected in such a way that, as a result of gravity, the loading platform 5 has its leading edge always exerting a pressure against the ground or floor, any time that the apparatus 1 remains freely in a condition unloaded on the ground (Figure 1), the working machine 3 it is derivable on the loading platform 5 in such a way that one end of the working machine will remain on the loading platform 5. The apparatus of the invention operates as follows. 1.
