Abstract
The present invention relates to beverage container with enclosed cooling means the provide a cooling tank inside container storing beverages and diffuse the cooling agent in cooling tank whereby provide cold beverages at the time of drinking without using a refrigerator and the like. The beverage container of the present invention has a structure which comprises a top member (1);a body (10);a cooling tank (20) having a vaporizing aperture (45) in the bottom face of the cooling tank (20) and a cooling agent therein and being mounted within said body (10);a vaporizing means (40) mounted into said vaporizing aperture (45) of the bottom face for accelerating evaporation of cooling agent of cooling tank (20) by evaporating the cooling agent slowly and uniformly;said vaporizing means (40) further comprising a vaporizer (44) made of porous substance, a sealing film (41) sticked to the lower part of said vaporizer (44) for sealing the pore of the vaporizer (44) and an adhesive tape with tag (43) sticked to the lower part of said sealing film (41) so as to open the cooling tank (20) easily.
Description
CONTAINER FOR BEVERAGES WITH COOLING MEDIUM INCLUDED
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a beverage container with cooling medium included, and more particularly to an improved beverage container with cooling medium included to provide a cooling tank inside the container storing the beverages, and to spread the beverage. cooling agent in the cooling tank, to thereby provide cold drinks at the time of drinking without using refrigerator and the like.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In general, canned beverages are kept in a refrigerator and the like before you drink to cool drinks enough; in other words, to provide cold drinks, a refrigerator or ice packs are required and it takes some time to cool the content in the traditional cooling medium. In particular, on a field day or field trip, it is necessary to provide portable ice packs to cool drinks. However, it is very inconvenient and uncomfortable to carry and prepare such ice packs.
The present inventor developed a beverage container with cooling medium included and obtained the US patent. (Patent No. 4,679,407, filed December 10, 1985). However, the beverage container of the U.S. patent. It has some manufacturing problems. One of the problems is that the manufacturing cost is very high due to the complicated structure of the cooling medium; Another problem is that the loss of the cooling agent is considerable during the vaporization of the cooling agent, so that the cooling effect is not adequate.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container having a simple structure of cooling medium, thus reducing the manufacturing cost. Another object of the invention is to provide a beverage container with included cooling medium that is still safe in case of increasing the pressure of the cooling agent abruptly near the fire or the like. Another object of the invention is to provide a beverage container with included cooling medium that provides cold drinks in a short time.
Another object of the invention is to provide a beverage container with cooling means included in which a user can easily operate the cooling medium before drinking the contents. Other objects and other scope of applicability of the present invention will be apparent from the detailed description that is offered hereinafter. However, it should be understood that the detailed description, while indicating the preferred embodiments of the invention, is presented by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from of this detailed description. In the beverage container of the present invention, a beverage container with cooling medium included comprises: a top element; a body; a cooling tank having a vaporization opening in the lower surface of the cooling tank and a cooling agent therein, and which is fixed within the body; a vaporization medium fixed in the vaporization opening of the lower surface to accelerate the evaporation of the cooling agent from the cooling tank by evaporating the cooling agent slowly and uniformly; the vaporizing medium further comprises a vaporizer made of porous substance, a sealing film attached to the bottom of the vaporizer to seal the pores of the vaporizer and an adhesive tape with a glue attached to the bottom of the sealing film and the bottom part of the vaporization opening simultaneously to open the cooling tank with ease.

Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of the two-piece can of the second embodiment in accordance with the present invention. Figure 5 is a perspective view of the three-piece can of the second embodiment in accordance with the present invention. Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the three-piece can of the second embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODALITIES
In general, beverage containers are made of aluminum or two-piece or three-piece steel. As shown in Figures 3-4, in a two-piece can according to the present invention, an upper element is joined with a body having a lower surface, and as it appears in Figures 1-2, 5-6 , in the case of three pieces, a lower element, a body and an upper element are connected to each other respectively. The beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with the present invention can be applied to both a two-part can and a three-part can. In accordance with the present invention, there are two preferred embodiments. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the cup-type cooling tank according to the present invention; Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the first embodiment of the cup-type cooling tank according to the present invention. In the beverage package of the first embodiment, as illustrated in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a beverage container with cooling medium included comprises: an upper element (1); a body (10); a cooling tank (20) having a vaporization opening (45) in the lower surface (30) of the cooling tank (20) and a cooling agent therein and which is mounted inside the body (10); a vaporization means (40) fixed in the vaporization opening (45) of the lower surface to accelerate the evaporation of the cooling agent of the cooling tank (20) by evaporating the cooling agent slowly and uniformly; the vaporization means (40) further comprises a vaporizer (44) made of porous substance, a sealing film (41) attached to the bottom of the vaporizer (44) to seal the pores of the vaporizer (44) and an adhesive tape with (43) attached to the bottom of the sealing film and the bottom of the vaporization medium to open the cooling tank with ease. The cooling tank (20) is cup type and has basically the same area as the lower part of the body (10) and is fixed inside the body
(10) The cooling tank (20) also has a vaporization opening (45) in the lower surface (30) to receive the vaporization means (40). In the present invention, the vaporization medium (40) is provided with the beverage container to optimize the effect of the cooling agent. The vaporization opening (45) is formed in the lower surface to receive the vaporization means (40) and the vaporization means (40) is fixed in the vaporization opening (45). The vaporization means (40) in the present invention comprises the vaporizer (44), the sealing film (41) and the adhesive tape with the end (43).
The vaporizer (44) made of porous substance provides a cooling effect for the beverage container by vaporizing the cooling agent slowly and uniformly through the opening, by removing the adhesive tape with line (43). The sealing film (41) stuck to the bottom of! vaporizer (44) seals the pores of the vaporizer (44). The adhesive tape with line (43) is glued to the bottom of the sealing film (41) and the lower part of the vaporization opening (45) to open the cooling tank with ease. In the present invention, the vaporization opening (45) is blocked with the adhesive tape with cape (43) and the sealing film (41) on the lower surface (30) of the cooling tank (20). When the adhesive tape with cape (43) is removed together with the sealing film (41), the pressurized cooling agent is dispersed through the opening, thereby cooling the contents of the beverage container. Once the internal pressure of the cooling tank (20) exceeds the specific critical pressure, the adhesive tape with line (43) is automatically removed with the sealing film (41). Therefore, the vaporization means (40) plays the role of a safety device. In the present invention, the security plate (32) is formed on any part of the lower surface (30) of the cooling tank (20), which is thinner than the thickness of the lower surface of the cooling tank (20). ) so that the safety plate (32) can be peeled off before the other parts of the beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent is greater than the specific critical pressure; therefore, the safety plate (32) on the lower surface (30) of the cooling tank (20) plays an important role in the safety of the beverage container. Also, in the present invention, on the contact part whose lower circumference of the body (10) has made contact with the lower surface (30) of the cooling tank (20), there are a plurality of safety incisions (31). The plurality of security incisions (31) can be peeled off before the other parts of the beverage package when the pressure of the cooling agent is greater than the specific critical pressure; therefore, safety incisions (31) also play an important role in the safety of beverage packaging. In the present invention, the beverage container is safe even in case of fire or the like, since it has the safety plate (32) thinner than the thickness of the lower surface of the cooling tank and a plurality of safety incisions (31) In the present invention, the outer circumference of the lower surface (30) of the cooling tank (20) is connected to the inward portions (50), which are in contact with the lower circumference of the body (10) and with the lower circumference of the cooling tank (20).
In the present invention, a double-sided adhesive means (42) can be included between the bottom of the sealing film (41) and the upper part of the adhesive tape with cape (43) to improve the adhesion. The adhesive medium on both sides (42) is also removed when the adhesive tape is removed with the strand (43). In this invention, the cooling effect is greater, because the contact part that established contact between the cooling tank and the beverage, that is, the body of the cooling tank (20) has a hemispherical type design and therefore the area of contact with the drink is greater. In the second embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in Figures 3-6, the beverage container with cooling medium included comprises: an upper element (1 10) having an opening tab for drinking the beverage; a body (120); a lower element (160) joined to the body (120) in a three-piece can; the cylinder-type cooling tank (130) bent inwardly with the lower surface of the body (120) in a two-piece can or the cylinder-type cooling tank (130) bent inward with the lower element (160) in a can of three pieces; the plurality of safety incisions (151) formed on the part that bends inward the lower surface of the body (120) with the lower circumference of the cooling tank in a two-piece can or the plurality of safety incisions (151) formed on the part that bends inward the lower element (160) of the beverage container with the lower circumference of the cooling tank (130) in a three-piece can, whereby the safety incisions (151) can be detached before the other parts of the beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent increases above the specific critical pressure; the safety plate (170) formed on any part of the lower surface of the cooling tank, which is thinner than the thickness of the lower surface of the cooling tank so that the safety plate (170) can be peeled off before the other part of the beverage container, when the pressure of the cooling agent increases above the specific critical pressure; the vaporization opening (145) formed in the lower surface of the cooling tank (130) to receive the vaporization means (140); a vaporization means (140) fixed in the vaporization opening (145) of the lower surface to accelerate the evaporation of the cooling agent of the cooling tank (130) by evaporating the cooling agent slowly and uniformly; the vaporization means (140) further comprises a vaporizer (141) made of porous substance, a sealing film (142) attached to the bottom of the vaporizer (141) to seal the pores of the vaporizer (141) and an adhesive tape with cape (144) glued to the bottom of the sealing film (142) and the bottom of the vaporization opening to open the cooling tank with ease. Once the internal pressure of the cooling tank (130) exceeds the specific critical pressure, the adhesive tape with cape (144) is automatically removed together with the sealing film (142); therefore, the vaporization means (140) also plays the role of safety device. In the present invention, the safety plate (170) formed on the lower surface of the cooling tank and the safety incisions (151) must be thinner than the thickness of the lower surface of the cooling tank (130) in a can two pieces or in a three piece can, which can serve as a safe beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent in the cooling tank (130) is greater than the specific critical pressure. In the present invention, the adhesive tape with line (144) is not only stuck to the sealing film (142), but also to the lower part of the vaporization opening (145). Likewise, the vaporization means (140) of the present invention comprises the vaporizer (141), the sealing film (142) and the adhesive tape with line (144) in a manner similar to the first embodiment. The vaporizer (141) is made of porous substance and provides a cooling effect to the beverage container by vaporizing the cooling agent slowly and uniformly through a vaporisation opening (145), when removing the adhesive tape with cape. (144). The sealing film (142) is glued to the bottom of the mentioned vaporizer (141) and seals the pores of the vaporizer (141). The adhesive tape with cape (144) is glued to the bottom of the sealing film (142) to open the cooling tank with ease. In the present invention, the vaporization opening (145) is blocked with the adhesive tape with cape (144) and the seeding film (142) on the lower surface of the cooling tank (130). For the cooling medium to work before drinking the contents of a beverage container in accordance with the present embodiment, if a user removes the adhesive tape with line (144), the sealing film (142) and the adhesive medium by both sides (143) are removed simultaneously, whereby the cooling agent in the cooling tank (130) is vaporized through the opening by the vaporizer. Meanwhile, the present invention employs the cooling agent having superior cooling effect and good environmental affinity (patent application No. 97-67693 filed in Korea).
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
As mentioned above, the cooling effect is greater because the contact part of the cooling tank that makes contact with the beverage, ie the body of the cooling tank, has a cylinder-like design, so the contact area with the drink is greater. The beverage container of the present invention is very simple and easy to use and eliminates the need for a cooler or cooler to cool a beverage.
Likewise, the mass production of simple structure containers at low cost, in accordance with the present invention is possible. Although certain specific embodiments of the invention have been previously illustrated and described, it should be understood that many modifications thereof are possible; therefore, the present invention should not be restrictive, except to the extent required by the prior art and the spirit of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. - A beverage container with cooling medium included, comprising: an upper element; a body; a cooling tank having a vaporization opening in the lower surface of the cooling tank and a cooling agent therein, and which is fixed within the body; a fixed vaporizing medium in the vaporization opening of the lower surface to accelerate the evaporation of the cooling agent from the cooling tank by evaporating the cooling agent slowly and uniformly; the cooling medium further comprises a vaporizer made of porous substance, a sealing film stuck to the bottom of the vaporizer to seal the pores thereof and an adhesive tape with a glue stuck to the bottom of the sealing film to open the tank cooling easily.
2. A beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 1, further characterized in that the cooling tank is a cup type and has basically the same area as the lower part of the body.
3. A beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 2, further characterized in that the outer circumference of the lower surface of the cooling tank is connected inwards with the part that makes contact with the lower circumference of the body and with the lower circumference of the cooling tank.
4. A beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 1, further characterized in that the cooling tank is cylinder type and the lower circumference of the cooling tank is bent inwardly with the lower surface of the body.
5. A beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 1, further characterized in that the cooling tank is cylinder type and the lower circumference of the cooling tank is bent inwardly with the lower element of the beverage container .

A container for beverages with cooling medium included according to any of claims 1 to 5, further characterized in that it comprises a safety plate that is formed in any part of the lower surface of the cooling tank, which is thinner that the thickness of the bottom surface of the cooling tank, whereby the safety plate can be peeled off before other parts of the beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent increases above the specific critical pressure.

The beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 2, further characterized in that it comprises a plurality of safety incisions formed on the part that brings the lower circumference of the body into contact with the lower surface of the cooling tank , so that the safety incisions can be detached before other parts of the beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent increases above the specific critical pressure.

A beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 4, further characterized in that it comprises a plurality of safety incisions formed on the part that puts the lower surface of the body in contact with the lower circumference of the cooling tank , so that the safety incisions can be detached before the other parts of the beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent increases above the specific critical pressure.

A beverage container with cooling medium included in accordance with claim 5, further characterized in that it comprises a plurality of security incisions formed on the part that makes contact between the lower element of the beverage container and the lower circumference of the tank Cooling, so that the safety incisions can be detached before the other parts of the beverage container when the pressure of the cooling agent increases above the specific critical pressure.
