Description

ROTARY ACTIVATION POSTER. USE IT FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES. INFORMATIVOS AND OTHER USES EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM The present invention consists of a rotary drive sign, employable for advertising, information and other purposes that allows a better display by vehicles and pedestrians, both day and night, and that suffers less damage than conventional signs. Up to the present time, different signaling and advertising devices are known within the state of the art, among which the one provided by the Patent of Invention AR No. 24J.035 should be mentioned. It basically comprises a means of road marking provided with a space available for advertising messages. It includes a column on which the signals are mounted by means of fixing clips. On the other hand, the present rotary drive sign comprises a main body provided with rotary drive means and inside which a space suitable for the placement of lighting means is defined. This set can be easily disassembled from its support, both for the change of messages on their faces and for maintenance and repair. In addition, the structure of the main body and its frames are perfectly adaptable to different conformations, so that said main body can be cubic, parallelepiped, pyramidal, conical, trunk-pyramidal, truncated-cone, spherical, etc. Also as part of the prior art can be mentioned a rotating device included in the Invention Patent AR No. 208.29J which, although it has a rotating main body, is mainly a device adapted for mounting on a fixed suspended column. This column, at one of its ends, is provided with a suspension socket and at the opposite end it has an integral casing containing an electric motor. This motor has a speed reducer, whose axis is projected to the outside by the base of the envelope coaxial to said column and is linked to a central and internal base of a hollow rotating structure. With a different rotating system, the poster of the present invention includes rotary drive means consisting, on the one hand, of an articulated radial arm on which a motor-reducer is mounted on whose axis there is a friction wheel and, on the other hand , in an annular piece that forms a support track for said friction wheel. When the motor-reducer is put into operation, the friction wheel resting on the rough support track of the annular part drives the rotating movement of the main body of the sign. This is because said annular part is fixed to the structure of the main body by the lower frame. In the system of AR Patent No. 208,297 the action of any factor that slows the rotating part, can lead to the deterioration of the reducer and the motor. It should be noted that among these braking factors are the strong winds or wear of the bearings on which the aforementioned rotating part rotates. On the other hand, the present invention does not have these drawbacks because any external or internal factor that slows or stops the rotation of the main body will have the sole effect that the friction wheel rotates by sliding on the support track. This is so because said wheel is simply resting on the track under the influence of the weight of the radial arm and the motor-reducer. In this way the breakage of gears, transmissions or other parts that normally integrate the rotary drive mechanisms are avoided. In addition, in case of damage, the radial arm has a joint that allows to lift it until the repair and thus prevent the wear of the friction wheel. Along with this, it is extremely beneficial that the main means of the present invention are within the main body, since by easily dismantling said body from the end of its support, the maintenance and repair tasks can be carried out with all convenience.

II - Main purpose For the purposes specified, the rotary drive poster, employable for advertising, informative and other purposes is of the type comprising at least one main body (a) which, having faces (1) containing the advertising composition or informative visual feedback, on the one hand is mounted to a support (b), while on the other, said body (a) is connected to a device that drives it with uniform circular movement, said poster is characterized by comprising: a ) a center of rotation (24) of the main body (a) which, connected to the support (b) of said body (a), has a radial arm (19) on which a motor-reducer (18) is mounted whose shaft supports a wheel (17), structured in friction material; and b) an annular part (16), fixed to the structure (10) of the main body (a) in a concentric arrangement with the axis of rotation, whose radius is equivalent to that of said radial arm (19), constituting said annular part ( 16), the support track (33) of the friction wheel (17); the same friction wheel (17) being the rotary drive means of the main body (a) through the support track (33) itself.
Ill - Description In general terms, the present invention consists of a rotary drive banner, employable for advertising, information and other purposes that, mounted on a support (b) and provided with advertising display faces (1), comprises a body main (a) that has rotary drive means (c) consisting of a radial arm (19) with a motor-reducer (18), whose friction wheel (17) rests on the track (33) of an annular part ( 16) of said main body (a). More particularly, the present rotary actuation poster is mounted on a support (b) of tubular body (4) which, while its lower end (5) is connectable to any appropriate fixing base, on the opposite side ends in a section upper (14) topped by a seat stop (32). At the end of this upper section (14) the main body (a) of the sign is arranged, fixed with a connecting means (6) constituted by a bolt with its respective nut. For its part, the main body (a) of the poster comprises a structure (10) rotatably mounted on a center of rotation (24) constituted by a tubular body. In the present embodiment, this structure (10) presents a cubic prismatic conformation, although different embodiments have been provided in which the structure (10) confers to the main body (a) different conformations, being able to be pyramidal, conical , trunk-conical, trunk-pyramidal, spherical, etc. In any case, it is a main body (a) suitable to house one or more light sources inside it. The aforementioned structure (10) of the main body (a) serves as assembly to translucent side walls (9) that, externally, define the advertising faces (1) of the poster. In the upper part of the main body (a), there are upper edges (8) which serve as mounting to a top closing wall (7). Below this upper wall (7), the structure (10) forms an upper frame (11) made up of two stringers and two crosspieces (1 1 ') in whose central part there is a first shim ring (12). Within this ring (12) there is an upper bearing (13) which mounts at the upper end of the center of rotation (24). In the lower part of the main body (a), there are lower edges (8 ') for mounting the lower closing wall (23). Within the main body (a), above this lower wall (23), the structure (10) forms a lower frame (15) composed of two sets of intersecting beams. In the central part of this frame (15), there is a second ring (21) of fit for a lower bearing (22) that mounts on the lower part of the center of rotation (24). On the other hand, the poster has rotary drive means (c) consisting of an annular support part (16) and a friction wheel (17) moved by a motor-reducer (18). The annular part (16) is mounted on the lower frame (15), in an arrangement concentric with the center of rotation (24). The rough upper edge of this annular part (16) forms a support track (33) intended for said friction wheel (17). The latter (17) is supported by the motor-reducer shaft (18) which is mounted on a radial arm (19). This radial arm (19), meanwhile, is fixed to the center of rotation (24) of the main body (a) also having a joint (20) that gives it angular movement ability between an inoperative approach position to said center of rotation (24) and an operating position of support on the annular part (16). In this latter position, the friction wheel (17) rests on the support track (33) of said annular part (16) due to the weight of the radial arm (19) and the motor-reducer (18). Within the same principle, other embodiments have been provided in which the poster includes several main bodies (a) each of which has a respective annular part (16) on whose support track (33) a respective arm is disposed radial (19) with its motor-reducer (18) and its friction wheel (17). Variants are also provided in which the main body (a) has an interior light source. With respect to the advertising faces (1), in addition to the variant described, there is another way in which said faces (1) are formed by transparent external walls (9) fixed to the support (b), while, from behind, there are internal walls that contain the advertising composition and that are mounted on a structure (10) linked to the annular piece (16). In short, the center of rotation (24) of the main body (a) ends at a lower end that fits in the upper section (14) of the tubular body (4) of the support (b), where the said main body (a ) is fixed by the connection means (6) passing through the walls of said center (24) and said upper section (14).
The assembly works as follows: When the motor-reducer (18) is put into operation, the friction wheel (17) that rests on the rough support track (33) of the annular part (16), drives the rotary movement of the main body (a) of the poster. This is because the aforementioned annular part (16) is fixed to the structure (10) of the main body (a) by the lower frame (15). Together with this, the rotary movement of said main body (a) is possible by the connection between it and the center of rotation (24). This connection, in the upper part, consists of the upper bearing (13) that rotatably links the upper frame (11) with the said center of rotation (24), allowing the structure (10) to rotate around said center ( 24). In the lower part of the main body (a), said connection is given by the lower bearing (22) which, while on the one hand rotatably links the lower frame (15) with the center of rotation (24), on the other hand against the seat stop (32) provided by the upper section (14) of the support (b). In these conditions, any locking or stopping in the rotary movement of the main body (a), does not cause damage to its rotating drive mechanism (c), since the friction wheel (17) continues to rotate, although the annular part (16). ) offer resistances or stop. Furthermore, in these cases, the articulation (20) allows the radial arm (19) to be lifted to prevent wear of the friction wheel (17).
On the other hand, the support (b) of the main body (a) can be constituted by a tube (4), by a column or by an upright anchorable to a holding structure. In any case, for the purposes of complementing the advertising information displayed on the faces (1) of the main body (a), on the support (b) can be provided supplementary posters (2) (3) fixed provided with respective fixed bases ( 27). Each of these bases (27), on the one hand, has a fixing wall or bottom (29) fixed to the upper section (14) of the support (b), while on the opposite side it serves as mounting to translucent bodies ( 25) (30). As each supplementary fixed poster (2) (3) has two bases (27) oriented in opposite directions, on a base (27) a larger translucent body (30) is mounted containing a lampholder (28) and a larger lamp (30). 31); and in the opposite base (27) there is a smaller translucent body (25) with its respective lamp holder (28) and minor lamp (26). Undoubtedly, since the present invention is put into practice, modifications may be introduced as regards certain details of construction and form, without implying departing from the fundamental principles that are clearly substantiated in the clauses claiming to follow continuation:
