Description

PROCEDURE AND ARRANGEMENT FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF SPECIFIC YARN DATA IN WINDING PROCESSES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DOUBLE PESPUNTE SEAMS, WHICH WILL BE DOCUMENTED The invention relates to a method for the transmission of specific yarn data during the winding process for the production of double stitching seams, as well as an arrangement for carrying it out.
Within the framework of increasing measures for quality assurance in all areas of modern technology, the knowledge of manufacturing data in the manufacture of a product is indispensable. In the documentation that composes the manufacturing process, these data are collected together with data of the components that participate in the manufacturing process, which are associated with the corresponding product and can be consulted whenever necessary by means of a code or similar key .
In relation to the manufacture of carding stitching in materials to be sewn with double stitching, the lower threads must be documented together with other components. Since the lower thread spool for the manufacturing process of the double stitching seam is on the one hand indispensable, and on the other hand its capacity of. If the space is tightly limited, then this only serves as an intermediate support for the lower thread.
This presents the problem that the information relating to the thread for the formation of the lower thread, such as for example item number or lot number, can not be transmitted to the lower thread spool during the winding process. When the lower thread spool is wound, and the original winding station is emptied, there is no longer any possibility to identify the wound threads and to store detailed information about them. With this there is also no possibility, of taking into account in the documentation the lower threads placed as carding threads.
The invention presents the task of enabling the obtaining of a reliable documentation of the data related to the lower threads in the seam with double stitching, in relation to other data on the manufacturing process of a sewn product, without the disadvantages mentioned above.
This task is solved, according to the invention, in that the reel from which the thread is taken, especially the lower thread spool, is provided with a unique reel identifier, and that in a winding station, in which yarn is wound for the lower yarns on the lower spool, from a yarn supply; the spool identifier is detected, and a first data record characterizing the thread and the winding process in a data memory is stored; after the lower thread spool has been inserted into a sewing machine, the spool identifier is detected; by means of the spool identifier, the first data record stored together with it is determined, and a second data record is associated that is related to a sewing process and / or to the material to be sewn, the resulting data volume will be stored .
By means of the identification of the lower thread spool it is possible to associate a given thread length of the identified univocal supply of a specific seam of a product, and thereby the spinning data of the lower threads are obtained in a characteristic data record of a process of manufacturing a product. The reel identifier does not interfere with the validated data record. This only serves to produce the connection between the first and the second data records.
In order to be able to always use the reels again, according to the invention, the association of the first data record to identify the reel is erased at the winding station after the use of the lower thread and the removal of any wire remnants from the reel. respective lower thread, before a new thread is wound on the lower thread spool.
The invention also relates to an arrangement for the transmission of specific yarn data in winding processes, for the manufacture of double stitching seams that must be documented, in sewing machines of double stitching, with at least one sewing machine in a winding station, in which yarns for the lower yarns are wound from a supply of yarn in a spool of lower yarn placed in the sewing machine. According to the invention, this arrangement is characterized in that the lower thread spools are provided with a unique spool identifier, in which the winding station and the sewing machine, respectively, have a sensor for detecting the spool identifier of the spool. respective lower thread spool, and in which the sensors are connected with a data processing device, which coordinates the spool identification of one of the lower threads detected by the winding station with the first data record characteristic of the winding process , and stores them together with it in a data memory, and which, by means of the spool identification detected by the sensor of the sewing machine, determines the first data record that corresponds to it, coordinates it with the second record of data that characterizes one of the sewing processes and / or the material to be sewn, and stores it together with it. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the spool identifier is placed in the form of a bar code on at least one of the flanges of the lower spool of thread, whereby the sensors in the winding station and the machine of sew are bar code readers.
The method according to the invention is not limited to the winding of a thread on the lower thread spool of a double stitching sewing machine, but can be used in all winding processes.
The following description explains the invention together with the accompanying drawings, in relation to an example of embodiment. They show: Figure 1 a side view of a spool of lower thread, Fig. 2 in schematic form, an arrangement of several sewing machines of double stitching, which are in data connection with a winding station and a control device, and Figs. 3a, 3b a flow chart to explain the procedure according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a lower thread spool 10 determined to be placed on a double stitching sewing machine, which has a field 14 on the outer side of the flange 12, on which is printed an identification number 16 in the form bar code that uniquely identifies the respective lower thread spool _ 0. Of course, another form of coding that can be read by the machine can also be chosen.
Fig. 2 shows a large number of sewing machines of double stitching 18, represented schematically, which are controlled by means of a PC 20. By means of a data and control line 22, the PC's of the sewing stations Individuals establish the connection with a central data processing device 24. In addition, the PCs of the individual sewing stations and / or the data processing device 24 are connected to a PC 26 by means of a line 25, which controls the winding station 28. Line 25 will be understood as any means that allows a flow of information between the PC 26 and the data processing device 24.
The winding station 28 has the function, of winding a determined thread portion to form a lower thread, from a thread cone 30, on a lower thread spool 10. The winding station 28 has a first sensor or code reader bar 31 presented schematically for reading a barcode provided in the wire cone 30, and a second bar code sensor or reader 32 presented schematically, which is able to read bar code 16 on the flange 12 of the lower thread spool 10 in the winding station 28.
The identification number of the lower thread spool 10 placed in the winding station 28 detected in this way is associated in the PC 26 or in the data processing device 24 with a first data record, which identifies the thread cone 30 (item number and lot number), and is fed to the PC 26 or automatically detected by the sensor 31 at the winding station. In addition, the first data record contains data on the winding process, such as the date of the process and the length of the wound yarn. The first data record is stored together with the identification number of the lower thread spool 10 in the data processing device 24. With this, the lower thread supply temporarily stored for a given lower thread spool is clearly identified.
The double-stitched sewing machines 18 also have a bar code sensor or reader 34 which can read the identification number 16 on the spool flange 12 of the corresponding lower thread spool 10. The associated identification number of the spool of lower thread 10 is transmitted to the data processing device 24 together with a second data record about the sewing process and / or the material to be sewn. The data processing device 24 can regroup the first record of previously stored data with the second data record transmitted from the second sewing machine by means of the associated reel identifier 16, so that the data record combined thus identifying data the lower thread. This accomplishes the task of the spool identifier. This results from the data record. The lower thread spool can be reused.
It is understood, that it must be ensured, that each respective lower thread spool identification number must be provided only once. The existence of double bar codes must be forcibly excluded.
It can also be established, by means of changes in the lower thread spool and in the coupling mechanism, for the lower thread spools, that the lower thread spools according to the invention can not be wound up in a winding apparatus. conventional By means of additional color markings and indication signs at the respective place of use, service personnel can be advised of the special function of the lower thread spools according to the invention.
Figures 3a and 3b show the process steps in establishing the coordination between the first data record and the lower thread spool identifier in the winding station 28, specifically when reading the association in the respective sewing machine 18. In the 'two process diagrams are formed respectively a test stage, according to which the process can be interrupted. In the winding station 28 it is checked whether the thread cone 30 is released for use. It is tested if the yarn quality is that required before the winding process. If the test criteria are satisfied, the thread cone 30 is marked and detected in the winding station 28 by means of the bar code reader 31.
In the event that such a positive test mark is missing, the winding process does not start.
In Figure 3b it is checked whether the yarns placed on the lower thread spool are suitable for the respective sewing task. Also here the sewing process will not start when this test is negative.
