Description

SYSTEM OF PROFILES FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF PANELS, WINDOWS OR SIMILAR ITEMS. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to prefabricated structures of metallic materials and, more specifically, to a system of profiles for the assembly of panels, windows or similar articles. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present, there are several types of prefabricated structures based on metal profiles for the assembly of mainly windows and / or doors for use in the construction industry. Regularly, for the assembly of a window, for example, requires at least five different types of profiles, which are cut into different sizes according to the specific dimensions required by customers. As an example, one may cite- 1) a head profile corresponding to the upper part of the window or door frame; 2) a support profile for the lower part of the frame; and, a pair of profiles commonly called "jamb", which constitute the lateral parts of the frame and which are assembled together with the profile of head and rail to form the frame of the door or window. The internal part of the profiles having a retention and sealing package for fastening a glass leaf. However, because the designs or architectural forms in houses or buildings have changed, it is also required that new designs, forms or systems of assembly of profiles are adapted to comply with new forms or trends in the construction industry. In these cases, profile assemblies are not only used for exteriors of buildings and houses, but they are also used for the assembly of panels in internal office areas, which use glass as walls. One of the problems that exists is the union of profiles to join a corner with another or a continuous wall or panel (especially in offices) that has divisions that are placed in a perpendicular position, to form square or rectangular areas. Normally, for the joining of profiles, angular clamping pieces (angles) are used, which are screwed respectively to each assembly profile, to form a union of one wall with another. However, one of the problems is that the joining of profiles becomes difficult, since they are usually frames or prefabricated panels that are joined with respect to each other, requiring that they are perfectly aligned to screw the fastening angles. An important aspect of the above is that the strength between the union of the profiles depends mainly on the number of fastening angles that are placed between the profiles, which have to give the stability and adequate strength to the assembly of profiles, in order to avoid an accident. Notwithstanding the above, in order to facilitate the assembly of continuous panels, windows or walls armed with profiles, the inventor of the present invention proposes a system of profiles for the assembly of panels, windows or similar articles, comprising: a first support profile having at least one flat side face; a connector positioned towards and in coincidence with the flat side section of the support profile, said connector having a first coupling section that connects to the flat side face of the first profile and, a body section, larger than the first section coupling of said connector; the coupling between the flat side face of the support profile and the first coupling section of the connector forming at least one longitudinal support channel along the entire length of the coupling between said support profile and said connector, and, a reinforcing profile formed by two parallel walls, each wall having coinciding anchoring edges at one of its ends, facing one another, to connect the reinforcement profile with the support profile, said coupling being made through the coupling of the anchoring edges with the channels longitudinal formed between the flat side face of the support profile and the first coupling section of the connector. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION. Therefore and taking into account the disadvantages of prior art, it is a first objective of the present invention to provide a profile system for the assembly of panels, windows or similar articles, which facilitates the joining of profiles between one window or another or, for for the assembly of panels in offices, which use glasses as walls. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a profile system for the assembly of panels, windows or similar articles, which facilitates adjustment and alignment between one wall or another or between one window or another. A further objective of the present invention is to provide a profile system for the manufacture of panels, windows or similar articles, which reinforces the assembly structures through the integration of a reinforcing connector so that the assembly of profiles can have various uses or applications and can be applied firmly to each other to ensure the stability and firmness of the window structure or other applications.
These and other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description of the invention illustrated in the accompanying drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS. The invention will now be described with reference to a specific embodiment thereof, illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which the same numbers refer to the same parts in the figure, in which: Figure 1 is a view in conventional perspective of a simplified mode of the profile system for the assembly of windows or similar articles, showing the assembly of profiles according to the present invention; Figure 2 is a top plan view, in detail, showing separately the profile assembly according to the present invention; and, Figure 3 is a second embodiment of one of the assembly profiles of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Next, the profile system for the manufacture of panels, windows or similar articles will be described, in accordance with the present invention, wherein the same numbers refer to the same parts of the figures shown and where the Figures 1 and 2, show a simplified form of the profile system for the assembly of panels, windows or similar articles comprising: a support profile 10 having at least one flat side face 12. The support profile 10 having in one from its ends anchor edges 14 oriented towards contact with a new profile or towards an anchor wall or wall (not shown). The opposite end of the flat side face 12 shows a holding edge 16, through which the edge of a glass sheet 18 is placed. A gasket 20 is placed between the holding edge 16 and the edge of the glass sheet 18 for hermetic sealing between them. A connector 22 is placed towards and in coincidence with the flat side section 12 of the support profile 10, said connector 22 having a first coupling section 24, in rectangular shape, which includes an inner flat contact wall 26, which is placed towards and in coincidence with the flat side face 12 of the first support profile 10 and, a second rectangular body section 28, of larger size than the first coupling section 24 of said connector 10; the coupling between the flat side face 12 of the support profile 10 and the first inner flat contact wall 26, of the first coupling section 24 of the connector 22, forms two longitudinal support channels 30, 32, all along the coupling between said support profile 10 and said connector 22. Said connector 22 is secured by screws T, to the flat side face 12 of the support profile 10. And, finally, a reinforcing profile 34 formed by two parallel walls 36, 38, each wall 36, 38, having anchoring edges 40, 42, coinciding at one of their ends, facing each other, for connecting the reinforcement profile 34 with the support profile 10, said coupling being made through the coupling of the anchoring edges 40, 42, with the longitudinal channels 30, 32, which are formed between the flat side face 12 of the support profile 10 and the first coupling section 24 of the connector 22. The reinforcement profile 34 having a wall of uni 44, in perpendicular position, joining the side walls 36 and 38, near the end of the anchoring edges 40 and 42. The securing of the reinforcing profile 34 with the connector 22 is carried out by screws 46, which are inserted by the side wall 36 of the reinforcement profile 34, respectively screwed with the rectangular body 28 of the connector 22. In this way the position of said reinforcement profile 34 with respect to the support profile 10 is fixed. Referring now to the particular figure 3, in a second embodiment of the present invention, the connector 22 may have a rectangular body 46 with a flat wall 48 which will coincide with the flat side face 12 of the support profile 10. Said connector 22 having a pair of longitudinal grooves 50, 52, through which the anchoring edges 40, 42 of the reinforcement profile 34 will be connected. However, in the foregoing, reference has been made to a specific modality of a profile system for the assembly of panels, windows or similar articles, it should be understood that experts in the field may make changes in the design and distribution of the constituent parts of the profiles shown, which will fall within the spirit and scope of the invention which is claimed in the following claims.
