Description
COSMETIC COMPOSITION THAT COMPRISES AN ACRYLIC ANIONIC POLYMER AND A SILICONE? OXIALZÜILZNADA.
The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions containing, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one acrylic anionic fixing polymer and at least one particular oxyalkylenated silicone. The subject of the invention is also a method for the cosmetic treatment of keratin materials, such as hair or eyelashes, characterized in that it consists of applying a cosmetic composition on the keratin materials as defined above, then optionally rinsing with water . The compositions for maintaining or shaping the hair containing their styling polymer formulation (fixing polymers) generally have the drawback of making it difficult to disentangle, re-comb or brush the hair, in particular during the brush marking. Some polymers also have the disadvantage of dusting the hair (presence of white films) during brushing or styling after drying the polymer.
REF: 26067 The association of silicone derivatives with fixative polymers is known in cosmetic compositions for the maintenance and / or fixation of the hairstyle. It has been observed that these silicone derivatives improve the disentangling, softness and gloss properties of the treated hair with the help of these compositions. However, on the one hand, the silicone derivatives are not favorable for the combing and / or fixing properties of the compositions containing fixative polymers, and on the other hand, the disentangling and softness properties are still not satisfactory. The purpose of the present invention is therefore to propose compositions that allow to fix and / or shape the hairstyle, these compositions having a good fixing power, good behavior properties over time, provide good touch properties and disentangling. In addition, they must form an invisible deposit on the hair and do not dust during brushing or combing. On the other hand it is known from the patent application EP 260 641, compositions for particular hairstyles in which specific silicone polymers (comprising a maximum of 90 SiO units) are associated with combing polymers in particular emulsions comprising at least one surfactant nonionic having a HLB value greater than or equal to 10 and an ionic surfactant. The proposed examples clearly express that when they weakly deviate from this particular formulation in the form of an emulsion, both the fixative and cosmetic properties of these compositions are diminished. However, the applicant now has just discovered that cosmetic compositions containing, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one acrylic anionic polymer and at least one particular oxyalkylenated silicone unexpectedly and surprisingly allowed to obtain the properties described above, a touch more natural, and a good behavior of the hairstyle with time, and this without needing the use of a composition in the form of emulsion with very particular surfactants. The subject of the present invention is therefore a novel cosmetic composition characterized in that it comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least one anionic fixing polymer derived from acrylic or methacrylic acid and at least one particular oxyalkylenated silicone described below. By "fixating polymer", it is understood according to the invention any polymer whose main function is to temporarily fix the shape of the hairstyle.
The anionic fixing polymer derived from acrylic or methacrylic acid which can be used according to the present invention is chosen from the following polymers: A) the homopolymers of acrylic or methacrylic acid or their salts and in particular the products sold under the names VERSICOL E or K by the company ALLIED COLLOID. B) copolymers of at least one acrylic and / or methacrylic acid with at least one monoethylene monomer such as ethylene, styrene, vinyl esters, acrylamides or possibly N-substituted methacrylamides, esters of acrylic or methacrylic acid, vinyllactams. These copolymers are optionally crosslinked. Such polymers are described in particular in French patent 1,222,944 and German application 2,330,956, such copolymers including in their chain an optionally N-alkylated and / or hydroxyalkylated acrylamide unit such as those particularly described in the patent applications. luxemburguesas 75370 and 75371 or proposals under the name QUADRAMER by the AMERICAN CYANAMID Company. Among these polymers, there may be mentioned: copolymers of acrylic acid and alkyl methacrylate, linear or branched, of 1-4 carbon atoms, - the copolymers of methacrylic acid and of alkyl acrylate, linear or branched, of 1- 4 carbon atoms, such as the copolymers of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate such as LUVIMER MAE sold by the company BASF, - the copolymers of acrylic acid and alkyl acrylate, linear or branched, of 1-4 carbon atoms , such as, for example, copolymers of acrylic acid and ethyl acrylate such as ACRYSOL 33 proposed by ROHM &; HAAS - copolymers of methacrylic acid and alkyl methacrylate, linear or branched, of 1-4 carbon atoms, such as in particular the copolymers of methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate, - (meth) acrylic acid copolymers, of linear or branched alkyl (meth) acrylate, of 1-20 carbon atoms and of vinylpyrrolidone, such as that sold by the ISP Company under the name ACRYLIDONE LM, those sold by the BASF Company under the names LUVIFLEX VBM 35 and LUVIFLEX VBM 70 or that sold under the name STEPANHOLD EXTRA by the company STEPAN, - the acid (meth) acrylic / ethyl acrylate / tert-butyl acrylate copolymers such as the product sold under the name LUVIMER 100 P by the company BASF, - the copolymers (meth) acrylic acid / alkyl acrylate / alkyl methacrylate in particular the copolymer ethyl acrylate / methyl methacrylate / methacrylic acid / acrylic acid such as the product sold under the name AMERHOLD DR 25 by the AMERCHOL Company. - the copolymers of (meth) acrylic acid and of at least one optionally N-substituted acrylamide sold, for example, under the names RETEN 421, 423 or 425 by the company HERCULES or under the names ULTREHOLD by the company BASF, - the acid copolymers (meth) acrylic and styrene, - the copolymers of (meth) acrylic acid and vinylpyrrolidone such as that sold under the name ACRYLIDONE ACP 1001 by the ISP Company. According to the invention, the anionic fixing polymers are preferably chosen from the copolymers acrylic acid / ethyl acrylate / N-tert-butyl-butylacrylamide sold under the name ULTRAHOLD STRONG by the company BASF, the copolymers of methacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate sold under the name EUDRAGIT L by the company ROHM PHARMA, the copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate sold under the name LUVIMER MAEX or MAE by the company BASF, the copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone / acrylic acrylic acid / lauryl methacrylate sold under the name ACRYLIDONE LM by ISP society. The oxyalkylenated silicones are chosen from the compounds of the general formula (I):
formula in which: -Ri, identical or different, represents a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl radical of C1-C30 or a phenyl radical, -R2, identical or different, represents - (CxH2x) - (OC2H-4 ) a- (OC3H6) b-OR3, -R3, identical or different, is chosen from a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical, linear or branched, having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an acyl radical, linear or branched which has from 2 to 12 carbon atoms, - n varies from 100 to 1000, - p varies from 1 to 8, - a varies from 0 to 50, - b varies from 0 to 50, - a + b is greater than or equal to a 1, - x varies from 1 to 5, the number average molecular weight being greater than or equal to 15,000 and preferably between 25,000 and 75,000. Preferably, the oxyalkylenated silicones of general form (I) are used, which respond to at least one and preferably to all of the following conditions: - R 1 denotes a methyl radical; -R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl radical or an acetyl radical and preferably hydrogen; - p varies from 2 to 6; a is between 5 and 40 and preferably between 15 and 30;

Among the alcohols, mention may be made of ethanol, isopropanol, polyalcohols such as diethylene glycol, glycol ethers, glycol onoalkyl ethers, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol or dipropylene glycol. Ethanol is particularly preferred. The compositions according to the invention are preferably free of water, that is to say they contain less than 8% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition and preferably less than 5%. The drying of the compositions is thus faster The composition of the invention can also contain at least one additive selected from thickeners, fatty acid esters, fatty acid esters and glycerol, silicones, surfactants, perfumes, preservatives, sunscreens, proteins, vitamins, polymers, vegetable, animal, mineral or synthetic oils and any other additive classically used in the cosmetic field.
These additives are present in the composition according to the invention in proportions that can range from 0 to 40 by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. The precise quantity of each additive depends on its nature and is easily determined by the person skilled in the art. Of course, the person skilled in the art will try to choose the optional compound (s) to be added to the composition according to the invention in such a that the advantageous properties intrinsically related to the composition according to the invention are not, or substantially altered by the addition considered. . The compositions according to the invention can be in the form of gels, of milks, of creams, of dispersions, of emulsions, of more or less thick lotions or of foams. The compositions according to the invention are used more particularly as non-rinsed products, particularly for the maintenance of styling, shaping or combing of the hair. They are more particularly marking lotions, lotions for brush marking, fixing compositions (lacquers) and styling. The lotions may be conditioned in various forms, particularly in vaporizers, sprays, or in aerosol containers in order to ensure application of the composition in vaporized form i in the form of foam. Such forms of conditioning are indicated, for example, when it is desired to obtain a spray, a lacquer or a foam for fixing or treating the hair. When the composition according to the invention is packaged in the form of an aerosol in order to obtain a lacquer or an aerosol foam it comprises at least one propellant which can be chosen from volatile hydrocarbons such as n-butane, propane, isobutane , a chlorinated and / or fluorinated hydrocarbon and its mixtures. It is also possible to use carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, dimethyl ether, nitrogen, compressed air and mixtures thereof as the propellant. The propellant concentration is generally between 10 and 90% by weight relative to the total weight of the pressurized composition and preferably between 15 and 70% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. Another subject of the invention is a method for the cosmetic treatment of keratin materials, such as hair or eyelashes, consisting of applying a composition as defined above to these, then optionally rinsing with water.
