Description
OF ARTICLES FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention patent refers to a new anti-theft device applicable in article containers, which contributes to the function for which it is intended, several advantages that will be consigned later, apart from others inherent to its organization and constitution.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Various anti-theft devices are currently known for application in cases or containers constituted by a substantially flattened box, obtained in molded material, such as transparent plastic, whose enclosure is intended to densely house the object to be protected, including the container in its faces, access openings to said enclosure, in order to authorize the introduction and extraction of the object to be contained. At present it is known to apply on the inside walls of the container, magnetic labels, in places not accessible from the outside, when the object or content occupies the cavity or enclosure of said container, whose labels, in combination with known anti-theft devices, installed at the exits of commercial establishments, activate an acoustic alarm. In order to avoid fraudulently extracting the object from its respective container, in order to circumvent the aforementioned alarm, means have also been devised to securely link the contents with respect to the container. At present, the way of securing the object or content with respect to the container, is by means of a bolt displaceable in the axial direction and requested by a spring towards the interior of the container enclosure, with the purpose of enabling its insertion in a recess or notch provided in the structure of the object to be packed. According to the above, the object remains jointly and severally linked to the box or container. As the bolt is inaccessible from the outside, the only possibility of moving it out of its interlocking is through a sufficiently powerful magnetic field, held by the staff of the establishment. However, the traditional devices that form the current state of the art, present several disadvantages, some of them derived from its low reliability, while others involve an excessive cost, which makes them undesirable from the economic point of view. The low reliability offered by current anti-theft devices is a consequence of the difficulty of making a correct fit of the bolt in the cavity of the object to be associated with the container. This deficiency makes it possible to disconnect the packaged object from the package or container, with which it is possible to cross-check with the stolen object the traditional control barriers equipped with the alarm means, since one of the conjugated means, gun generators, is missing. , that is to say, as the cas container. Also part of the current state of the art, some devices, which contribute to the aforementioned, which establish a stop that prevents the exit of the packaged object, and whose top is released through electromagnetic means, which by their complexity, make expensive the costs Another provision, applicable in parallel-lepipédicos containers, equipped with an opening in one of its larger faces, for the introduction or extraction of the object to be contained, is composed of mechanical means requested by a spring to an operative position in which they press the object against an interior wall of the container, in order to prevent said object from being removed. This arrangement of exclusive application for the frontal extraction of the object, is less practical than the one that uses a lateral opening or of the smaller side of the case. In addition, the means that maintain pressed the object are composed of multiple pieces whose manufacture and assembly, supposes a cost to consider at the time of its commercialization.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention patent deals with a new device applicable in containers of articles, conceived to improve its functions remarkably and correct the disadvantages presented by the current technique. The device referred to is applicable in containers et po that contain an envo vente plastic material, preferably recyclable, such as polycarbonate, ABS, and others, intended to house inside the article to protect against the theft, said article being of the type constituted by a compact-dis, musicassette, video, video game, CD Rom, Soft, gift, jewelery, jewelry, photography, small electronics, etc., articles that are cited with informative character, owing consider in its broadest sense and not as limiting the scope of the multiple applications to which the invention is intended. In the invention, it is provided that an area of one of the larger faces of the cassette is articulated to constitute an opening for accessing or extracting the article to be packaged. The free edge of the articulated area has a square flange that closes part or all of the opening of the box, constituting a wall that hinders the extraction of the packaged article. Said articulated area has a tendency to stay separated from the plane of the larger face that contains it, releasing the opening of the box, able to receive or extract the article to be packaged or packaged. The closure flange has at one end a normal wall portion forming a square angle, provided with a female orifice or receptacle for receiving a through bolt through the face of the casing, the pin of which is solicited by a spring or similar elastic means. towards its blocking position. This bolt forms an integral part of a conventional locking device located externally in the lower face of the casing adjacent to the opening thereof, and whose device is activated in opening by means of a unit that generates a magnetic field capable of sliding the bolt axially outside the housing existing in the square wall of the area, in order to free it, whereby the articulated area flexes to the outside, due to its natural tendency, freeing the passage or opening of the container box of the article, which now it can be extracted, leaving the container empty and able to accommodate a new item that you want to pack and protect against theft safely. A first objective of the invention is to achieve effective means for securing the article inside the corresponding container, because the housing for the locking of the bolt is obtained directly in the structure of the container, which guarantees the correct enclave, against of those currently existing, where the interlocking hole was presented by the article, due to which misalignments occurred between the housing and the bolt, which resulted in easily vulnerable imperfect anchors. A second objective of the invention is to achieve a simplification in the maneuver of extracting the article, in order to expedite the issuance of said items at the points of sale. Finally, a third objective of the invention is to obtain a sensible reduction in costs, which make the object of the invention a competitive product in the market. The present Patent of Invention offers the advantages that have been described above, in addition to others that will be easily deduced from the example of an anti-theft device, which are described in more detail below to facilitate the understanding of the characteristics set forth above, making known the same various details and accompanying the present report, to this end, some drawings in which, only by way of example and not limiting the present invention, a practical case of the object thereof is represented.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
In the drawings: Figures 1, 2 and 3, represent respective perspective views of the container object of the invention, shown in open position. Figure 4 illustrates the closed container according to a perspective similar to figure 2. Figure 5 shows the detail "A", seen in section. Figures 6, 7 and 8 correspond to respective side views of the container in respective positions of loading, preloading and opening or unloading the article.
DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION As represented in the drawings, the anti-theft device according to the invention, and according to an embodiment thereof, is applicable in a container, of the type generally designated by -1-, in the form of parallelepiped, used to hold at least one article, designated in general by -2-, whose structure corresponds to the cavity of the container -1-, or in its absence, a case of said article. It is traditional that the container -1-, present in one of its smaller faces an opening -3-, for entry of the article -2-, to house, which integrally fills the cavity of the container. To prevent the theft of the article -2-, the improvements object of the present invention have been conceived, which are described below. The device comprises an area -4-, relative to one of its larger faces -5-, articulated by means of a weakened line -6-, whose area has a tendency to form a certain angle with respect to the general plane of the face -5 -. On the free side of the aforementioned area -4-, there is a square flange -7- that closes part of the opening -3- of the box, to prevent the extraction of the packaged article, when said area -4-, remains coplanar with the face -5-, thanks to a conventional locking device, formed by a bolt -8-, located in a housing -9-, exterior to a smaller face -10-, of the box, and whose bolt is through through of a hole of said smaller face -10- and of a second hole -11-, existing in a wall -12-, perpendicular to the flange -7-. This pin -8-, requested by the spring -13-, towards its operative position, keeps the tab -7-, in the position of sealing of the opening -3-. The axial sliding of the pin -8-, in the opposite direction to the functional one, by means of a magnetic field generated by a machine in the possession of authorized personnel, undoes the aforementioned blocking, and the area -4-, moves to the outside, pivoting on the line -6-, a sufficient angle with respect to the face -5-, as to release the opening -3-, and allow extracting the article -2-. In the example described, the smaller face -10-, internally presents a parallel partition -10a-, between which a housing is established to receive the wall -12-, which has a projection on its longitudinal edge -12a -, which is housed in a small opening -14-, of the larger face -15-, of the box. For a better functionality of the system, the wall -12-, has a lug -12b-, for its guidance in a slot -16- of the wall -10-. According to what has been described, a fraudulent attempt to remove the article -2-, from the container -1-, would be impossible due to the enclave of the bolt -8- in the hole -11-, of the wall -12-, which keeps the the tab -7-, partially or completely closing the opening -3-, of the container; however, once the bolt -8- has been removed, from its housing -11-, by the traditional methods, the extraction of the article -2-, will be possible, because the area -4- that contains the tab -7 -, sealing, has a tendency to flex to the outside, on the hinge line -6-.
