Description

APPARATUS TO CORRECT THE POSITION OF THE ELEMENTS OF POINT, ESPECIALLY LOOKS OR VISORS, OF ARMS WITH RESPECT TO THE AXIS OF THE ANIMA OF THE SAME.
SECTOR OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The invention is assigned to the field of firing of all types of weapons equipped with aiming systems, especially sights or viewers, without requiring specialized labor or having to use firing ranges specially designed for it.
STATE OF THE ART At present, to achieve a perfect alignment with the parallax corresponding to the shooting distance, between the axis of the sight and that of the bore of the weapon in question, there are no special devices, but such correction is achieved, carrying the weapon to a firing range, fixing it, using tripods to prevent its movement and making several shots, to see the distance and deviation between the impact and the point that marks the cross of the scope, in order to proceed with the correction of this. This involves the need to move to a firing range, make the necessary shots to achieve the coincidence of sight and impact, return to the residence or place where the subsequent shots must be made, with the consequent danger of further mismatch during the trip . There are also parallel rods, separated by a space equivalent to the distance between the bore and axis of the scope. Introduced one of them by the mouth of fire, the other is aligned with the axis of the sight, manually. This apparatus is of remarkable lack of precision. A variant of this system is the alignment of the aforementioned rods with the axis of the crosshair by a set of optical lenses. Although the latter system is more accurate than the previous one, it still suffers from lack of precision, especially when not considering the shooting distance. It also requires equipment and personnel specialized, which is not normally available to all users in a generalized manner. "*ยป DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The apparatus for correcting the position of a sight or sight with respect to the axis of the bore of the weapon, to which the present invention refers, is constituted by a base tube of the appropriate caliber so that it can be introduced in the housing of the bolt of the weapon , whose tube presents in its The front end has a pink internal area for coupling a second piece that is likewise cylindrical and terminated in a frusto-conical zone spaced apart in sectors of decreasing diameter, this second piece being drilled along its axis with a hole of small diameter, of the order of 2. to 5 millimeters. The different sectors of the trunk-conical piece have their diameters equal to the culotes of the sheaths of the bullets of the different sizes of weapons. At least the last of the sectors, the smaller diameter, can be removed from the rest of the trunk-conical piece. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, empty pods of bullets of different calibers, prepared for this purpose, can be coupled at the junction site of this last sector of smaller diameter. The pod, being empty, allows the passage of the laser beam so it makes the same effects, beam guidance and exact coupling to the front of the chamber, that the last sector of smaller diameter, which has been separated. Further to the inside of the tube, a third piece is also attached, in which a laser beam emission system is included. In long arms this device has its corresponding power supply and a switch located in the final base of the base tube. On this tube, in a sliding manner, another piece is placed, formed by a dowel with an inside diameter equal to the outside of the tube, with an external and rear stop bead, and at the end end of the base tube a stop edge is prevented so that the sliding bushing can not come out from this end, nor from the previous one, since the conical area of the truncated-conical piece has a base slightly larger than the cylindrical zone to form a stopper. 5 On small arms, the power supplies and / or the switch can be arranged separately from the transmitter. The same would happen in the case of adjustment of the marksmanship systems of artillery pieces and tanks. In these cases the laser emitter could also be introduced through the mouth of the weapon, or by the chamber of the same. In both cases the power supply and / or the switch could be arranged separately from said laser emitter. A variant of the present invention provides that the emitter can be activated remotely, either by electrical filiform, magnetic, wave, etc.
Also in weapons guided by shooting systems coupled to - ** -. computer equipment, the parameters inherent to the emitted laser beam, can be introduced as data in the program of guidance of the weapon for its firing. Finally, another piece has been planned, stepped surface in different diameters, with flange in its larger base and drilled according to its axis, with hole of the same diameter as that of the frusto-conical area of the apparatus. This last piece is to adapt to the mouth of fire of the weapon in question, so its stepped surface allows its perfect adaptation and centered according to the size of the same, the apparatus of the invention can be introduced into the housing 'of the bolt, once removed this, so that the frusto-conical area of the end perfectly fits the diameter of the A chamber in the area where the shell of the sheath remains when it is inserted in the same, while the sliding bush is perfectly adapted to the interior of the bridge where the bolt is inserted, so that the axis of this device is completely coincident with the bore of the gun and the time coincident with the drill of the piece that is attached to the fire, so that, when acting on the switch of the laser beam emission system, it will materialize the mentioned axis and providing a bright spot on a surface on which it is pointed. This luminous point will be the reference point to adjust and correct the deviation with respect to this one when looking through the scope or viewfinder, comparing the center of the filiar cross with the luminous point that materilizes the impact in the event of a shot.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Next, a detailed description of the apparatus will be made to correct the position of a sight or viewer with respect to the axis of the bore of the weapon, which is recommended, with reference to the drawings that are copied, in which it is represented by a simple title of example, not limiting, a preferred embodiment, susceptible of all those variations of detail that do not suppose a fundamental alteration of the essential characteristics of the same. In said drawings is illustrated: In Figure 1: View in longitudinal section of the disassembled apparatus according to its components. In figure 2: Detail in section of the piece adaptable to the mouth of fire. In Figure 3: View in longitudinally enlarged section of the frusto-conical end of the apparatus. According to the exemplary embodiment sh the apparatus for correcting the position of a sight or sight with respect to the axis of the bore of the weapon, which is mentioned, is constituted by a cylindrical tube (1) of suitable diameter to be introduced into the weapon , instead of the bolt, hollow and provided inside of threads in the anterior and posterior area, of sufficient width for the threading of at least two parts thereto. The first piece that is attached to this thread, is one of cylindrical shape, and later trunk-conical spaced in sectors of decreasing diameter (4). The diameters of the different sectors that make up this piece are the same as the caliber of different weapons. At least the sector of smaller diameter (5), arranged at the end of the truncated-conical piece, is detachable. The trunk-conical piece is drilled in all its extension, internally, by an axial conduit of little diameter (2-5 mm). This axial conduit is designed to allow the passage of a laser beam emitted by a system existing in another inner part (7) also threaded to the same area as the trunk-conical end. The emitting system of laser beam constituted by a diode at 655 nm and lmW, with acromrated lens, it is included in the part (7), coupled to its corresponding power supply preferably in the form of 1.5 V batteries (6) and to a switch (2) threaded to the rear end of the base tube. During the assembly of the apparatus, the laser emitter is aligned, by means of small lateral holes arranged in the base tube, with the axial conduit of the frusto-conical piece. In this way, the laser beam is allowed to exit through the mouth of the fire, coinciding with the bore axis of the gun barrel. On the tube (1) of the base part, a soft rubbing sliding sleeve (3) is mounted, whose outer diameter coincides with the interior of the bridge that houses the bolt so that, once the device is inserted, instead of the bolt , by advancing this bushing, a total immobilization between the device and the weapon is achieved. Since the diameters of the bolt housing bridge are variable from one weapon to another, a set of bolts (3) of different diameters will be available to use in each case the one that is necessary. Finally, optionally, another piece (Fig. 2) is provided externally staggered in different consecutive cylindrical sectors, and also drilled internally with the same hole as that existing in the truncated-conical piece, and provided with a flange that it limits its introduction in the corresponding fire nozzle, depending on its size, being totally centered and therefore coinciding with the bore axis of the conical part, without possibility of inclination due to the staggering of its surface in consecutive cylinders. Designed in this way the apparatus, for its use, it will suffice to remove the bolt of the weapon, and introduce in its place the apparatus, whose frusto-conical end (4) will adapt to the caliber of the anterior area of the chamber, while , by means of the sliding bushing (3 >;) suitable, it adapts completely to the input bridge of the bolt, with which the axis of the device will exactly match the bore of the weapon. Optionally placing the previous piece (Fig. 2) in the mouth of fire, the internal bore of this also coincides with said axis of the bore, which, by acting on the switch (2) of the laser emitting system, it will materialize the axis of the bore and, projecting on a flat surface, a luminous point corresponding to the impact in the event of a shot will materialize, in the event that the bullet does not fall at that distance. Projecting this luminous point on a target located at the distance that is required in each case, will act on the mechanisms of the scope or viewfinder, to match the cross point filiar of the same with the point lumoniso projected through the axis of the soul of the weapon. To carry out this operation it is not necessary to immobilize the weapon. It is evident that this operation can be carried out by the same shooter, and even "in situ" since the precise maneuvers for its use, are simple, do not require special place to carry out them or specialized labor, being corrected the possible errors in the same place where the weapon has to be used, thereby eliminating possible subsequent imbalances, for transportation and handling in general. For correction, targets provided for different distances may be used, since parallax is not the same for short distances as long distances. The form, materials and dimensions, may be varied and in general, whatever accessory and secondary, provided that it does not alter, change or modify the essentiality of the object that has been described, is covered by the scope of protection of the invention described.
