Abstract

Se emplea un aparato para aplicar un revestimiento útil a sujetadores. Particularmente, un material de resina en forma de polvo se aplica a una superficie seleccionada del sujetador para cubrir un tramo deseado de las roscas del sujetador. La mejora respecto a la técnica anterior incluye un mecanismo de leva mejorado asociado con una pluralidad de tubos para proporcionar movimiento de los tubos para la aplicación del material de resina a los sujetadores. El mecanismo de leva mejorado permite el movimiento en dos etapas de la porción de extremo de un tubo particular dentro de un sujetador, proporcionando así un mayor control en relación a los límites de revestimiento superior e inferior y disminuyendo el rociado excesivo mientras que aún así se permite una cobertura interna completa.
