Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para controlar el facto de potencia de una linea de alimentacion, utilizando el procedimiento una pila de control conectada a la linea de alimentacion. Ventajosamente y de acuerdo con la invencion, el control del factor de potencia se realiza modulando el tiempo de conduccion de un transistor bipolar (TB1) comprendido en la pila de control y regulando la modulacion del tiempo de conduccion mediante la retroalimentacion de una terminal de control (B1) del transistor bipolar (TB1). Tambien se describe un circuito para el control del factor de potencia de una linea de alimentacion del tipo que comprende una primera y una segunda terminal de entrada (I1, I2) conectados a la linea de alimentacion, asi como una primera y una segunda terminal de salida (O1, O2) conectados a una carga, ventajosamente de acuerdo con la invencion, el circuito de control comprende una pila de control del factor de potencia (15) y un bloque de regulacion (16) con retroalimentacion conectada al mismo, La pila de control del factor de potencia (15) comprendiendo un transistor bipolar (TB1), insertando entre las terminales de entrada primera y segundo (I1, I2) y con una terminal de control (B1) conectada a una terminal de salida (O4) del bloque de regulacion (16), que a su vez comprende al menos un transistor suplementario (O2) con una terminal de conduccion conectada a la terminal de salida (O4) para reducir las cargas en la terminal de control (B1) del transistor bipolar (TB1).
