Description

"DEVICE FOR WASTE ASPIRATION AND SIMILAR" FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for suction of waste and the like, in a cleaning machine comprising a suction pipe having an inlet opening.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] Machines for cleaning roads, squares and the like are known to suck debris from the ground and store it in an internal container. These machines use a complex suction system that has an entrance placed close to the ground. Therefore, the inlet is the first portion of the cleaning machine through which waste passes, and it is also the portion of the cleaning machine closest to the ground that has to be swept or cleaned. A fundamental part of the entrance is the opening of the suction pipe, through which waste and other substances are vacuumed. Any clogging of the entrance or of said opening makes the sweeping machine totally useless.
A disadvantage of the known technique is the fact that the inlet is often clogged by debris that is very bulky. Said wastes can be easily locked in the suction inlet, in particular, in the part near the opening of the pipe. Consequently, it is necessary to interrupt the operation of the sweeping machine and manually disconnect the suction pipe by means of clamps or other tools. Said operation is too arduous and involves stoppages of the machine. The problem can be partially solved by increasing the diameter of this suction pipe and the opening of the pipe itself. However, the above solution requires the redesign of the entire suction system and in particular, increase the power of the same, also does not need to provide a remedy against clogging due to the aspiration of branches, twigs and other particularly large debris .
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In this situation, the technical task at the basis of the present invention is to conceive a device for the aspiration of waste and the like capable of solving - substantially the disadvantages referred to thereto. In said technical task, an important objective of the invention is to produce a device that can not be obstructed by debris, even if it is bulky such as branches and the like, and that is easily and quickly repairable in case of obstruction. The technical task is achieved by a device for aspiration of waste and the like, in a cleaning machine comprising a suction pipe defining an axis and an opening of entry of said suction pipe, said device comprising a device sweeping the pipeline close to said opening suitable entrance to expel the impediments of said suction pipe.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The additional features and advantages of the invention are better clarified by the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a figure illustrating the device according to the invention axonometrically; And Figure 2 illustrates in section the device according to the invention.
- - DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION With reference to the previous Figures, the device according to the invention is indicated generally by the number 1. It is used in machines for cleaning roads and the like which comprise a system of aspiration of waste. Said suction system necessarily comprises a suction pipe 2 that transports the waste to the interior of the sweeping machine towards a container provided for that purpose. The suction pipe 2 communicates with the outside by an inlet opening 3 and advantageously comprises a sweeping device 4 of the pipe 2, placed close to the inlet opening 3. Said sweeping device 4 is suitable for releasing the suction pipe 2 from any of the impediments. For these purposes, the sweeping device 4 appropriately consists of a piston 4a having a path 5 in advance that interferes with the suction pipe 2. The path 5 in advance is preferably biased in space with respect to the axis 2a of the suction pipe 2 and and intersects said axis 2a. Therefore, it crosses the entire area of pipe 2 near to - - opening 3 and ensures the interception of any element placed near it. The forward movement of the piston 4a is then directed towards the inlet opening 3 and appropriately crosses said opening 3, facing it. When it is in the rest position, the piston 4a remains outside the suction pipe 2, in order not to reduce the section thereof and not constitute an impediment that clogs the waste. In addition, it advantageously has a head with a concave operative surface 4b suitable for intercepting any waste instead of being wedged therein. In addition, the piston 4a is preferably moved by a fluid dynamics cylinder 6, more preferably by a hydraulic cylinder, for example, of a simple drive type. They are actuated by a pump 6a which operates against a static element 6b. The cylinder 6 of fluid dynamics is also placed externally to the pipe 2 and does not interfere with it. In addition, the device 1 comprises a control system 7 of the sweeping device 4. Said control system 7 appropriately consists of a control member 8 and transmissions 9, appropriately of electrical type, which connect said control member 8 to the pump 6a which drives the cylinder 6 of fluid dynamics. The control member 8 is preferably positioned near the controls of said cleaning machine, so that it is very easy and quick to operate. The operation of a suction device according to the invention, described above structurally, is as follows. When the cleaning machine is active, the suction system sucks waste and the like through the suction pipe 2. The waste passes through the opening 3, is sucked into the pipe and from there it is normally deposited in a container inside the cleaning machine. During the passage of the debris, the piston 4a does not inhibit or obstruct the pipe 2, since it is outside of it and is held in this position by the static element 6b. As specified above, particularly voluminous debris, eg, branches, are frequently locked in the suction pipe 2 during the operation of the cleaning machine. Said debris clogs the suction pipe 2 at or near the opening 3, where the sweeping device 5 is located. In case of a problem of the aforementioned type, the warning operator can simply operate the sweeping device 4 by means of the control member 8 In particular, the pump 6a is operated which moves the fluid dynamics cylinder 6 against the static element 6b. Then, the piston 4b pushes said waste towards the opening 3 and expels them from the suction pipe 2 through the opening 3. The sweeping device 4 is released after the opening 3 of the stuck waste. At the end of the operation, the pump 6a interrupts the action in the cylinder 6 of fluid dynamics which is repositioned outside the suction pipe 2 by the static element 6b. The invention offers important advantages. The device 1, by means of the sweeping device 4, allows the suction pipe 2 to be released quickly and without interrupting the operation, consequently recovering the total operation of the cleaning machine. In addition, the control member 8 is placed close to the control of the cleaning machine, therefore, it is easy and quick to operate and this results in less waste of time and a faster cleaning of the road or the like. The device 4, if it is constituted by the piston 4a, is also structurally very simple, linear and robust, therefore, the damages and the similar occur very rarely. Ultimately, they do not constitute impediments to the suction pipe 2 when it is at rest.
