Abstract

Sistema de osteosintesis percutaneo patelar, aplicable a cualquier tipo de fractura de rotula de la rodilla, formado por dos brazos que contienen dos sujetadores movibles multidireccionales para ajustar a cualquier tipo de rotula, los brazos cierran de forma paralela mediante un mecanismo de cierre en tijera para mantener los fragmentos reducidos y asegurados por una "cremallera" basada en la compresion manual. Los sujetadores de la rotula presentan movilidad antero posterior, y de arriba abajo asi como lateral para movilizar los fragmentos fracturarlos y realizar una reduccion y una congruencia articular satisfactoria de la rotula. Los brazos poseen guias deslizables para colocar el implante en cualquier direccion requerido para mantener los fragmentos estables, las guias se deslizan sobre los brazos y el paralelismo que se busca en este tipo de fijacion se consigue sin que tenga que basarse en el calculo manual, este ultimo se utiliza habitualmente, disecando ampliamente los tejidos. El sistema realiza la reduccion y fijacion interna mediante tecnica minima invasiva y menor dano a los tejidos. El sistema posee tambien guias para colocar cerclaje o implante de cualquier configuracion facilitando la reduccion y fijacion de las fracturas de rotula y toma de rayos x con el sistema colocado.
