Description

GRADUATE TEXTILE REMODELING UNDERWEAR BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the invention The present invention refers to feminine underwear and more particularly refers to an underwear type shaper modeling the female figure of graded tissue as well as a method for the preparation thereof.
It is a very novel invention that shapes the female body in each of its parts, by means of graduated compression distributed in the forms of the body, without seams and without assemblies of fabric, it is a one piece product that does not bother and offers comfort to the user.
Specifically designed a garment with cutting-edge technology, seamless (seamless) that allows to offer the consumer four products in one such as: -Faja abdominal modeling. - Orthopedic frame to compose the female silhouette. -Faja raises buttocks. -Boxer modeler. 2. Description of the prior art Conventional garments are assembled with seams, contain different types of fabric in each of their parts, which are made with the same fabric do not have the compressions needed by each of the body parts, or if they have one pieces are circular bands that go around the body and that only serve as abdominal strips, other similar products are made with several pieces of cloth that are sewn together to form the garment. Examples of such garments are described in U.S. Patent No. 5,762,535.
Said garments have several drawbacks, for example, they are difficult to manufacture by virtue of their manufacture involving different parts manufactured with materials of different mechanical properties. With use, the materials used lose their properties and the garment stops working in the designed way. In addition, said materials are joined by means of seams, which tend to break or loosen, thereby causing the garment to malfunction.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Fig. 1 shows the front portion of the woven garment of the present invention, before being made.
Fig. 2 shows the back portion of the garment of the present invention, before being made.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is to provide a remodeling garment of the female figure that overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art mentioned above.
A first object of the present invention is to provide a garment that aims to (a) flatten the abdomen and belly of a wearer, (b) lift the gluteus of the same, (c) provide support to the back of the wearer for correct your posture and (d) contain the tissues of the legs and hips.
A second objective is to provide a woven remodeling garment with portions of variable mechanical properties without sewing.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a garment of seamless graduated fabric.
The foregoing objects of the present invention are achieved by providing a garment made in one piece with different zones employing at least two different types of yarn and at least two different knitting patterns.
In addition, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing said garments using continuous tubular weaving equipment.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The garment of the present invention is one piece and has no side seams that disturb the body, has compression in each of the specific parts that the female body needs.
The state-of-the-art technology allows to give each of its parts the necessary adjustment and combine different types of yarns to adjust the compression, it is manufactured by sizes and with different deniers of threads to give the measurements and the correct adjustment in each garment.
An innovation in the manufacture of shapers that provide comfort and attributes that can only be offered separately by different garments.
According to the present invention, the garment is made with a woven tubular base, preferably of 1/70/68 nylon yarn, which has the conditions of being a very soft microfiber offering a lot of comfort. As the garment is woven, other threads are incorporated into the fabric to provide zones of less flexibility and which in use fulfill the remodeling functions. These zones include zones of half compression by the incorporation of Lycra twisted yarn 70/20/7 and zones of high compression by the incorporation of Lycra twisted yarn 70/20/7 and Elastan yarn 155 denier.
FIGS. 1 and 2 show the seamless knitted garment fabric, before being made, of the present invention comprising the following areas: The upper abdominal area is illustrated with the number (2). The upper abdominal area (2) is adjacent at its lateral ends to the lower area of the back (7) built with high compression fabric. Both the upper abdominal area (2) and the lower area (7) of the back surround the torso of the user.
The upper abdominal area (2) comprises a special fabric of medium compression of Lycra yarn wound with denier 70/20/7 plus nylon thread 1/70/68 of the base. As will be apparent to a person skilled in the art, other yarn deniers may be used and a similar garment offered.
The lower area of the back (7) is built with the combination of at least two high compression yarns, preferably 155 denier Elastane yarn and 70/20/7 denier Lycra yarn plus 1/70/68 nylon yarn from the base , which provides a woven area that compresses the wearer's back and thus constitutes a support for the same. The lower area of the back (7) corrects the position of the user by providing an adequate figure erect and therefore healthier and better looking.
The upper abdominal (2) and lower back (7) areas have an upper side that is adjacent to an upper Valencian (1) made of silicone lace. In addition, the front abdominal (2) and lower back (7) areas have a lower side connected to the hip area (3) and the lower abdominal area (4) adjacent. The hip zone (3) is connected to the lower abdominal area (4) so that both define a tube that in use covers the user's hip and abdomen.
The lower abdominal area (4) covers a suitable area to cover the belly of the user. As illustrated in Fig. 1, said area has a trapezoidal shape, however, said abdominal area (4) can encompass any suitable configuration, for example square or rounded. The lower abdominal area (4) is constructed with high compression threads which has as its purpose to contain and even flatten the weighted belly of the wearer.
The lower abdominal area (4) is adjacent to the upper abdominal area (2) and comprises a fabric constructed with high compression threads resulting from mixing 155 denier Elastane yarns, 70/20/7 denier Lycra yarn, and 70 / Nylon yarn / 68 denier of the base of the garment.
The hip (3) and buttock (5) areas are constructed from a soft compression yarn, which fits comfortably to the wearer's waist and gluteus.
The hip (3) and buttock (5) zones simply comprise the base material, that is, they comprise a plain woven Nylon 1/70/68 denier fabric that has the characteristic of being a very soft microfiber that offers a lot of comfort. However, it provides some compression to the garment.
The gluteal area (5) comprises a smooth fabric of nylon thread 1/70/68 denier of the base that forms a pair of bags (5a) in the part of the buttocks with respective circular bands (5b) woven with thread of high compression, preferably of 1/70/68 denier nylon of the base and 155 denier Elastane yarn. Said bags form a hemispherical surface.
The hip area (3) substantially collects and contains the hip tissue, thereby narrowing the hip on the horizontal axis. While, the circular bands (5b) of the gluteal area (5) compress the circumference of the gluteus concentrating the tissue in the center, where the bags (5a) offer little resistance to the concentrated tissue allowing it to protrude from the garment. In this way, while the hip area (3) narrows the hips and buttocks, the gluteal area (5) lifts and projects these outwards, in this way it is possible to highlight the profile of the buttocks of the user, providing them with a slim and pleasant appearance.
The garment also comprises two leg sections. When the garment is woven, the legs sections form a tube that must be refined to form each leg. For this purpose during the weaving stage signals are provided to perform the cutting or refining of the individual garments.
Each leg section is a woven extension of the body of the garment, however, to form the leg sections, the fabric is separated or trimmed along the edges (10), to form two leg or leg sections.
Each of the leg sections comprises an inner leg area (9) and a lateral leg area (8). The leg area (9) is similar in nature to the hip region (3) and preferably consists of the single base material, ie this material comprises a plain fabric with denier materials 70/68 (Nylon thread 1/70 / 68). While the lateral zone of the legs (8) is constructed with high compression yarns, preferably a combination of denier threads 70/20/7 and denier 155 added to the denier base 70/68.
The lateral area of the legs (8) covers the area of the legs of a user who are known by the name of chaparreras. The lateral area of the legs (8) is intended to contain the aforementioned chaps by compressing the thighs and turning them.
Each leg section is formed by means of a seam to join the edges (10) refilados of each leg, preferably is performed on the inside of the garment with flat seam and denier 70 threads (Nylon 70/34/2). The flat seam provides greater comfort to the wearer.
In addition, in the crotch section, an anatomical cotton bridge (6) is provided, preferably made from 40/1 cotton yarn or polyamide-cotton commonly used in the production of female underwear. The anatomical cotton bridge provides the garment with greater comfort and hygiene. It is called anatomical bridge because it is designed and made in the garment to promote the anatomy of the body.
Each of the leg sections comprises a leg Valencian 11, which is interconstructed with the same material as the base of the knitted garment, that is to say woven of Nylon yarn 1/70/68. Valencia aims to keep the garment in place and prevent it from rising as a result of the user's movement. Optionally, it is possible to use a Valencian elastic band of elastic silicone lace stitched to the body of the garment.
Additionally, the garment of the present invention comprises an optional upper Valencian, made with the garment. Said Valencian is illustrated with numeral (1). The Valencian one (1) has an upper edge that supposes the physical limit of the garment and a lower side. Preferably, the Valencian (1) comprises a band of elastic silicone lace, made (sewn) with the garment. This valenciana aims to keep the garment in place and prevent it from slipping or falling as a result of the user's movement. Said silicone laces are well known in the art, in general terms consist of elastic laces that incorporate strips or silicone stitches that increase the friction of the garment with the skin thereby avoiding the slippage of the garment while said material remains cohesive despite the use and washing.
