Abstract
Locking device for a telescopic stem for a trolley wherein the stem comprises an inner stem and an outer stem, which may glide into each other, characterised in that a friction element is arranged in the outer stem and that the inner stem is equipped with the blocking element grasping into the friction element and locking the movement of the inner stem in relation to the outer stem, in that the blocking element presses against the friction element of housing with a conical groove linked to a rod stretching from the housing to the upper end of the inner stem and connected to a handle which influences the position of the housing.
Description
FIXING DEVICE FOR VASTAGO A PLUG OF A CAR
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention is concerned with a fastening device for a plug-in stem with handle, for a carriage and especially a carriage for children as described in the Norwegian Patent 315230. The carriage comprises a central stem in which A seat or other module can be adjusted in height along the shank and the height of the handle can be adjusted in that the shank can be lengthened telescopically.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is proposed in the aforementioned patent that the central stem of the car can be lengthened in that the stem consists of two parts, where the upper part can for example move inside the lower part. In order to lock the parts of the stem together, a fastening sleeve can, for example, be used in the transition between the parts. The disadvantage of this solution is that the area around the transition is not easily accessible, since modules such as a child seat can be adjusted in height completely up to just below the transition, preventing access to the fixation. A handle to plug is known from US 4,302,029 Ref .: 168900 on a golf cart, wherein the internal and external rods slide together and are locked by a fixing bolt, which penetrates both rods on the upper part of the shaft. external rod. Accordingly, there is a need for a fixation device which can be remotely controlled from a more accessible area on the carriage.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide a solution for the remote control of a plug stem on a carriage, especially a children's carriage.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The above objects are obtained by means of a remote-controlled fixing device in which the stem comprises an internal stem (1) connected to a handle (la) and an external stem (2), wherein the internal stem can sliding into the interior of the external stem, wherein a blocking element is present and blocks the movement of the internal stem (1) in relation to the external stem (2), characterized in that a friction element (3) is placed on the external stem (2) and in that the internal rod (1) is equipped with the blocking element (4) which is fastened to the friction element (3) and which blocks the movement of the internal rod (1) in relation to the external rod (2). ), wherein the blocking element (4) is pressed against the friction element (3) of the housing (5) with a conical groove (6) linked to a "rod (7) that is stretched from the housing (5) towards the upper end of the shank internal (1) and connected to a handle (8) which drives the position of the housing (5).
DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Figure 1 illustrates a perspective view of a car as described above. Figure 2 is a section of the carriage stem of Figure 1. Figure 3 illustrates an enlargement of the area marked in Figure 2.
PREFERRED MODALITY The present invention is obtained by an internal rod 1 and an external rod 2, wherein the internal rod 1 can slide to the external rod 2 as shown in Figure 1. Preferably, the rods have approximately the same cross-sectional shape in order to prevent clearance between the rods. A sleeve 20 prevents debris and particles from entering between the stems as shown in Figure 2.
The outer rod 2 is equipped with a friction element 3, as shown in greater detail in Figure 3. The friction element 3 is stretched over a large portion of the length of the external rod 2. The inner rod 1 is equipped with a corresponding blocking element 4 which can block the friction element 3 and block the movement of the internal rod 1 in relation to the external rod 2. In this mode, the friction element 3 is arranged on an internal area of the external rod 2 and the blocking element 4 is arranged on the lower end of the internal rod 1, opposite the friction element 3. The blocking element 4 is pressed against the element friction 3, obtained by the spring loaded housing with a reserve area or conical area or track 6 contained therein and pressed against the blocking element 4. The housing 5 is connected to a rod 7 extending from the lower end from the internal stem 1 to the upper end of the internal stem 1, wherein the rod is connected to a handle 8, which is inclined around an axis and used to adjust the position of the housing. In Figures 2 and 3, the housing 5 is in the lower position, in such a way that the internal rod 1 can move up or down on the external rod 2, by releasing the blocking element 4 in relation to the element The handle 8 is then in a raised position, pressing the rod downwards in the lower position against the spring load, provided by a spring 9, which restrains the housing 5 upwards from the end of the inner stem 1. When the handle 8 is pushed down, the rod 7 is thereby pulled and the housing 5 presses the locking element 4 to the friction element 3 and blocks the movement of the internal rod 1 relative to the external rod 2. As shown in FIG. shown in Figure 2, the end of the inner stem can move freely between an upper position limited by a sleeve 20, on the outside of the upper end of the rod 2 and a lower position limited by an internal clamp 21 on the inner side of the external rod 2. It is noted that, in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant, to put the said invention into practice, is that which is clear from the present description of the invention.
Claims (4)
1. A fastening device for a rod plug for a car, where the rod comprises an internal rod connected to a handle, which it can slide inside an external stem, a handle at the upper end of the inner stem to control the fixation of the inner stem in relation to the external stem, the handle connected to a rod that runs through the internal stem, characterized in that an element of Toothed friction is arranged on the outer stem and because the inner stem is equipped with a toothed locking element which locks the friction element and prevents movement of the inner stem relative to the external stem when the blocking element is pressed to the element of toothed friction through a conical recess through a housing connected to the rod that inf luence the position of the accommodation. The fixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the friction element is arranged on an internal area of the external rod.
