Abstract

Se describe un metodo y un dispositivo asociado para verificar una firma biometrica por medio de un calculo muy simple y seguro que es adecuado para objetos tipo tarjeta de memoria. El metodo inventivo se base en el hecho de que una firma biometrica que se obscurece por una combinacion de datos biometricos falsos y datos biometricos verdaderos, y un codigo de autenticacion asociado, se memorizan dentro del objeto mientras una terminal captura una huella digital, compara la misma con la firma biometrica obscurecida transmitida por la tarjeta, y transfiere el resultado de dicha composicion a la tarjeta de memoria, la terjeta de memoria validando entonces el resultado por medio del codigo de autenticacion.
