Description

EXHIBITOR AND DESPACHADOR FOR MERCHANDISE TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to devices for storing, displaying and dispensing merchandise. In particular, the present invention relates to a device for displaying and dispensing articles such as individual packages or sachets, and the like, which can also be decorated for advertising purposes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The use of devices to store and display merchandise is very common in grocery stores and similar establishments, generally in places where retail sales are made. For example, for small items such as sachets or sachets with food products such as sauces, mayonnaise, mustard or other dressings, or toiletries such as soap, shampoo, perfume, cleaning towels, hair conditioner, cream, etc. It is very common to display these products by placing them vertically along adhesive strips, so that the packaging of the products is adhered to and visible to the consumer and is removable. The disadvantage is that when dispatching the article, the display strip is mistreated by the same product. Moreover, the merchandise can detach itself by reducing the adhesion capacity. Other typical dispensers consist of a vertically mounted box, the interior of which forms a storage conduit within which the articles descend by gravity, so that the article located in the lowest position rests on the bottom of the dispenser. In the lower portion of the box there is a slot or window through which the articles can be removed, preferably one by one, by manual manipulation. In the aforementioned dispensers, the packages are out of the view of the consumer, only the article adjacent to the slot being visible and relatively. On the other hand, the friction between the surfaces of the lower part and the immediate upper one can cause the sliding of two or more articles outwards, and the objective of dispatching the products individually is not fulfilled. This is of particular relevance when trying to store and stack a large number of pieces, increasing the pressure exerted on the lower part. Furthermore, if the size of the slot is minimized to prevent the dragging of several articles at the same time, the operation of the dispenser is hindered. The aforementioned devices generally take up a lot of space, which is a disadvantage when dealing with small establishments. None contemplates the possibility of reusing efficiently once the content is emptied. Most of the time, it is preferred to discard the dispenser and install a new one. Another disadvantage is that by not allowing full visibility of the products, generally the consumer can not fully identify the goods, but only to extract the item. If the consumer gives up the purchase, it will be difficult to enter the dispatcher again.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the drawbacks mentioned above, proposing a new device that functions as a dispenser and exhibitor, and is particularly useful for a wide variety of products packaged in the form of individual bags or envelopes. This merchandiser / dispenser is constituted by a vertical strip or strip with means to place and display the merchandise along the same, consisting of one or more boxes with its upper face open. The boxes allow the user to access the merchandise and identify it without having to remove it from the merchandiser. The device of the present invention is reusable, that is to say, once the goods are exhausted, it can be refilled. In addition, it can be closed by folding the strip or headband to reduce the space occupied, which facilitates its transport and storage. The folded display even allows transporting the merchandise previously placed in the boxes, offering a protection to the contents.
OBJECTIVES : 1) Provide a device for storing, displaying and dispatching merchandise, preferably items packed in individual sachets or bags, which allows the consumer to be shown the plurality of items in an attractive and orderly manner, without compromising the storage capacity. 2) Provide a device to store, display and dispatch merchandise, light and easy to install. 3) Provide a display and dispatch device that can be reused once the merchandise is exhausted. 4) Provide a display and dispensing device that allows easy access to the stored and displayed product. 5) Provide a dispensing and display device capable of adapting to transport the merchandise, protecting it, allowing simultaneously to save space during the storage and transport of the same merchandiser. 6) Provide a display and dispatch device that can be reused once the merchandise runs out.
Provide a device to store, display and dispatch merchandise, which offers total visibility of each of the items placed therein. Provide a merchandising and merchandising device made in an economically accessible material that occupies a minimum space during the exhibition of the articles, and that can simultaneously be used for propaganda purposes.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the display / dispenser device without merchandise. Figure 2 is a side view of the display / dispenser device without merchandise. Figure 3 is a front view showing empty display / dispenser device. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the merchandiser / dispenser with merchandise placed therein, as would be observed by the consumer. Figure 5 is a front view of the merchandiser / dispenser with the products placed. Figure 6 is a side view of the merchandiser / dispenser bending before closing it. Figure 7 is a side view of the closed merchandiser and with the stored product.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The merchandise merchandising / dispensing device (1) is constituted by a flat, elongated display strip (2), as well as one or more boxes (3) for receiving and receiving merchandise (11), arranged along the strip. The box (s) have their top face open and project from the strip (2) outwards. The display device (1) includes one or more fastening means (4) that allow the display strip to be hung and unfolded. As a preferred fastening means, a hole is proposed centered on the upper part of the strip, which is reinforced by a ring, the latter preferably metallic. Other examples of suitable fastening means consist of one or more hooks, slots, clips, clips, etc. Preferably, the strip is placed vertically, as seen in Figure 1, in which case the fastening means (4) will be at the upper end. However, in another embodiment, the strip (2) of the merchandiser can be horizontal and include one or more rows of boxes along the strip. The merchandise is placed in the box (s) by introducing the items (11), at the top, so that each box functions as a tray. The number of pieces (11) housed in each box will depend on the taste of the user and the needs of space. In any case, the conformation of the device (1) allows to display the products in an orderly manner, giving an attractive view to the consumer. To provide a better visibility of the merchandise, each box (3) is formed of a transparent material that allows the consumer to verify that it is the desired product, without having to remove it completely from the merchandiser (1) - Preferably, the front wall of the merchandise each box (3) has a cut (5) that functions as a window and makes it easier for the user to remove the product or place it back in the merchandiser, without mistreating it (1). Preferably, the cut (5) is in the form of "U", starting approximately in the middle of the front wall of the box, generating a large upper gap that allows to extract the product, while the remaining walls support the merchandise (see Figures 1 and 3). Even more preferably, the cut (5) is in the shape of a semicircle. The strip (2) of the device (1) has one or more transverse fold lines (10) that allow the strip to flex to close the merchandiser / dispenser, so that the box (3) is on the inside of the Folded display. Preferably, the strip (2) has two adjacent fold lines, (10) located approximately half the length of the strip, generating three portions, upper (7), lower (8) and intermediate (9) ), where the latter performs a function similar to the spine of a book when the exhibitor (1) is closed. The spine (9) prevents ting a high pressure on the box (3) that supports the merchandise and separates the internal faces of the merchandiser from each other. This way of folding the device (1) allows to stack several exhibitors and thereby reduce the occupied space, which is useful for storage and transport. In addition, the merchandise is protected by the same merchandiser when it is folded. The strip (2) not only supports the boxes (3), but can be decorated with propaganda images on one or both sides. In this way, even when the merchandiser / dispatcher (1) is closed, the propaganda media is visible allowing the merchandise to be identified. Another quality of this exhibitor is that it allows to place within it, when closed, sheets with advertising, recommendations or instructions for the seller, or other useful information. In order to achieve a better protection of the merchandise, the boxes (3) are placed equidistantly with respect to the bending lines (10), so that when the merchandiser (1) is closed, a splice is carried out box with box.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the number of boxes (3) and the separation thereof may be varied depending on the characteristics of the product to be exhibited and the user's needs. Boxes may also be included on the outer face of the display strip. In case the products placed in front of the strip (2) are exhausted, the user can flip the merchandiser (1) to make visible the products located on the other side of the strip. Although the preferred material for the display strip is reinforced paperboard or cardboard, a more resistant material, such as plastic or wood, can also be used. Even when the invention has been shown and described in relation to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that all matter contained in the description or shown in the drawings should be construed as illustrative and not limiting in any way. The possible modifications and adaptations to the revealed matter should be considered within the scope of the present invention, as defined in the appended claims.
