Se describe un metodo para evaluar un documento electronico en conjunto con una busqueda; una fuente externa proporciona datos que se usan en la evaluacion de un documento electronico recuperado por un buscador; se determina un primer nivel de confianza del documento electronico con base en los datos proporcionados de manera externa; el primer nivel de confianza indica la probabilidad de que el documento electronico sea no deseado; se determina un segundo nivel de confianza del documento electronico con base en los atributos del documento electronico; el segundo nivel de confianza indica la probabilidad de que el documento electronico sea no satisfactorio con respecto a la busqueda; se genera una clasificacion para el documento electronico como una funcion del primer nivel de confianza determinado y el segundo nivel de confianza determinado se usa para clasificar el documento electronico como no satisfactorio en conjunto con una solicitud de busqueda recibida.
